I was recommended to Lion Heating from Facebook and was impressed with the speed of service. Quick to respond, fair prices and friendly service. Karl even sent me instructions on how to handle the problem myself if it occurred again which will no doubt save me money on more call outs. Would definitely recommend.

This business was recommended to me, and grateful they were. Fitted a new efficient combi boiler a few weeks ago, and had no hesitation having them back to connect a new gas hob. As they were to me, I have no problem in highly recommending this business. Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. What should have been a straightforward job turned in to a huge challenge due some shoddy work done at some point in the past. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. John provided us with an outstanding service. I contacted him in the early afternoon and he attended the same day and completed the work needed. He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Had my new boiler/hive fitted this morning, absolutely fantastic. Arrived prompt about 7.45am and all work completed by 12pm. All mess taken care of and old boiler removed. Nice friendly guy and would absolutely recommend to everyone

5* excellent service, we had a new boiler fitted today in a new location too and all of the removal and fitting went smoothly and the team were so efficient. They arrived early and quickly got to work and the job was done way quicker than we thought and to an incredible standard. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by making sure things like the kitchen cupboard they had to remove was put back perfectly and without any damage which was so great as it was a rather flimsy cupboard in the first place so we are so pleased. We now have a hive thermostat and a warm, efficient home! The house has never felt this cosy before, so pleased thanks again and highly recommend.

I first came across Brad when I had an outside tap constantly running - he gave helpful advise about how to isolate over the phone and then came a few days later to replace the tap. Given his help and professional manner, I then asked if he did bathroom renovations and I’m so glad I did! Brad and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. He had a good local recommendation for a supplier of the bathroom furniture and his team have done an amazing job fitting everything. Great communication throughout, tidy workers and adaptable to circumstances. Would highly recommend, and I’ll be recommending Brad and his team to others. We have used AMB several times over the last few years - they did the plumbing when had new kitchen fitted, fitted a new boiler and then serviced it. This year we had a new bathroom fitted and wow it was an amazing transformation! Extremely professional guys - we have no worries leaving them with a key to our house whilst we have to go out to work. Never known anyone work so hard and clean up at the end of the day like they’d not even been in the house. Our bathroom has gone from being so old fashioned and horrible to a 5 star hotel bathroom in 2 weeks it really is beyond whatever we could have wished for. Thank you again 😃

I used AMB Plumbing and Heating for a bathroom refurb. I am really happy with the end result. They were great at communicating with me throughout the renovation and quick to resolve any issues that cropped up. They turned up when they said they were going to and completed the job in a good timeframe. I also think they are very reasonably priced given some of the quotes I had for the bathroom refurb. I will be using again in future for any plumbing/ heating help I need.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Really could not say enough great things about this company. I had been offered some crazy prices to have a washing machine plumbed in but when I went to Harris they came back at a brilliant price that was fair to them and me even giving me a discount when the job was more simple than originally planed. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who turns up when he says he will, look no further. Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order. Very highly recommended. I’ll not be using anyone else in future.

Alex is fantastic. He came round to fit new waste pipes under our kitchen sink. He was super friendly and respectful of our home, left the area clean after his work and did a fantastic job. We would definitely use Norton Plumbing again in the future.

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the technical stuff really clearly, offering us options. Communication was great throughout, he was on time and reliable on both occasions and we find him really friendly and easy to get on with.
