Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! He was so pleasant to deal with, very professinal and did a great job and fixed the boiler in one of our properties that accomodates vulnerable young people. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. We found LPS on the Worcester/Bosch website and chose them because they had the best reviews. The reviews are very well deserved and we were impressed by all the team at LPS. They gave us a prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. LPS communicated well and phoned us twice in response to our emails. Ben came the same day we rang to service our boiler and Craig and Ben helped us to get to the bottom of our lack of hot water, for which we are very grateful. We thoroughly recommend LPS and will be using them again in future.

We’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Ben ! From the word go he was professional and respected our home. We received a message to say he was on his way with a tracking app and a picture of him so we knew who he was . He arrived on time and after introducing himself got straight to work and worked tirelessly until the system was working, cleaning up as he went along, He explained how to operate the new boiler controls and made sure the system was running properly, and that we were happy with everything. He advised us about a suitable service plan that their company operates. Highly Recommended!

Struggled to find a gas fire fitter to buy an online fire and get it fitted. Went to LPS at Guiseley and got the same fire albeit a little more expensive but as they have their own fitters it seemed the best solution. Joe came and assessed the situation and advised on getting a bird cowel fitted. Arranged a date for fitting. Had everything fitted and tested. Really efficient couple of lads, polite and friendly. Really loving the new fire 🔥. Would highly recommend LPS to friends and family.

The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service beyond compare. I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I have to. I discovered a leak on my 3 year old Vaillant combi after 8PM on a Thursday night and called Grant at WYPS. He was on my doorstep in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and arranged a warranty repair the following day. He kept me informed of his progress with Vaillant, fully tested the system and left the house the same way he found it. I will now use WYPS for my annual service and any other plumbing requirements and say goodbye to the original Vaillant installer who showed no interest in helping me out.

Adrian fitted a new boiler for us near to Christmas 2023 at our home in Menston. 5 months later, no issues. Adrian was very professional throughout, very honest and seemed to care a great deal about quality and safety of his work. Upfront about costs and these did not change from the original quote. In my experience Adrian is great value and totally trustworthy. He put my new Worcester boiler in a few years ago and has been back to service it annually since. He gave me honest advice about the different boiler brands (I still insisted on a Worcester though...) and didn’t upsell me any of the rubbish some companies try to get you to buy at the same time. He’s a tidy worker, methodical and communicates well. If you’re after a new boiler in North/North West Leeds, I’d suggest you give him a call.

I had my radiators supplied and fitted by Harris heating. I was very pleased with the work, Oliver and Adam were both very professional and have done a really good job. They were respectful of my property and left it clean and tidy after doing the job. There was a slight problem with a vertical radiator that I wanted installing but this soon sorted. Would highly recommend.

5* excellent service, we had a new boiler fitted today in a new location too and all of the removal and fitting went smoothly and the team were so efficient. They arrived early and quickly got to work and the job was done way quicker than we thought and to an incredible standard. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by making sure things like the kitchen cupboard they had to remove was put back perfectly and without any damage which was so great as it was a rather flimsy cupboard in the first place so we are so pleased. We now have a hive thermostat and a warm, efficient home! The house has never felt this cosy before, so pleased thanks again and highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who turns up when he says he will, look no further. Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order.
