5 star service! we had a issue with a boiler no hot water called these someone was sent same day as our call and was back up and running in the same visit. Issue with room thermostat and we have also booked them to service our gas boiler.

I had a leak that required emergency attention, this worried me as a recently new home owner. Mr Mulla was polite, punctual, and professional. Not only did he reassure me that the leak had been fixed, but he also educated me about my home's plumbing system and things to look out for. Mr Mulla went above and beyond and I will be more than happy to use his services again should I need them.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out by Marcin and Tomas. They replaced a downstairs shower with a utility room and fitted a new shower upstairs. Really appreciated their professionalism and positive approach. Very reliable and trustworthy.

I have just had this company replaced nearly every radiator in my house. The work was completed in a day by Marcin and his co workers.When I returned, after leaving them to it in the morning, I honestly couldn't tell they had ever been there. They cleaned up everything and returned carpets to original positions. I would certainly recommend them should you be looking for a reliable, tidy, friendly and competitive heating and plumbing company.

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Very pleasant to talk to and the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend. Thank you Matthew and Chris.

My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish.
