Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us. Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.

They are the best people we have ever had to deal with. They are kind & understanding & very knowledgeable. The batteries needed replacing so they treated that as an emergency as they knew we would panic. They are the most reliable firm & so considerate. We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

Very reliable and honest team. They fitted my boiler fitted in 2021. I misplaced my guarantee. I'm selling my property so I needed this for my solicitor. I contacted Richard to see if I could get a copy. Richard managed to get me a copy of the guarantee. This just shows me that it isn't just the job, it is the aftercare too. Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

I received a very fair, reasonable quote for a replacement thermostat and fitting from RSH. Richard also gave good advice about which was the better thermostat for my system and needs. Kieran who fitted the thermostat was a friendly, polite, professional worker who was very patient with the awkward position of the boiler and went out above and beyond to make sure the job was right. After falling foul of a cowboy plumber, I called RHS to see if they could repair the leaking pipes and generally shoddy work. They arrived within 20 minutes of my panicky phone call and quickly resolved the problem with no fuss. He even came when he wasn't supposed to be working! I really can't thank them enough and the work is now tidy and, more importantly, water tight! Literally saved the day! Thanks again!

Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out by Marcin and Tomas. They replaced a downstairs shower with a utility room and fitted a new shower upstairs. Really appreciated their professionalism and positive approach. Very reliable and trustworthy.

We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. The work was completed in five days, considering the amount of work that had to be done with the minimum of mess. Scott, the electrician and Connor, completed this hard working team. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and it was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!!

We first saw Chris and Marks work at the club we work at. They did a whole new refit last year of the ladies and gents toilets. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail that when we moved house in January this year we got Mark in to have a look at our bathroom and kitchen as they needed replacing. We received a quote which we were happy with and got booked in for the work to be done. Before the bathroom was started our boiler broke down so Chris came out to take out the old conventional boiler and water tanks and fit us a new condensing boiler. Last week Chris and Mark began ripping out our bathroom and it was finished in a week. Throughout the whole process they worked professionally, respectfully and hard too. They kept everything as clean as they possibly could throughout the day but then made sure it was spotless before they left at the end of the day. We opted for the bathroom made into a shower room and we are so pleased with the outcome. We love our new bathroom now. While they were here we also had our downstairs toilet and sink ripped out and a space save toilet (toilet with a sink built into the cistern) installed. The pipes for the sink taps were moved around to go through into the garage so we have garden taps too. Also, credit to their electrician Scott who did his part. I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare !
