Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us. Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.

We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

The batteries needed replacing so they treated that as an emergency as they knew we would panic. They are the most reliable firm & so considerate. I was very lucky to have Danny and Lee install my downstairs WC, main bathroom and en-suite. They did everything from start to finish including rip out, install and tiling. They also fitted all my new radiators and my Quooker tap and plumbing in the kitchen/utility. Absolutely amazing job and top quality, very professional from start to finish. House always left immaculate, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Absolute amazing Company.

Super pleased with Lee. Came a gave a quote for installing a new radiator and repositioning another one. Within 10 days the job was done. All mess cleared away and now super cozy in two separate rooms 😊 Highly recommend 👌

I have just had this company replaced nearly every radiator in my house. The work was completed in a day by Marcin and his co workers.When I returned, after leaving them to it in the morning, I honestly couldn't tell they had ever been there. They cleaned up everything and returned carpets to original positions. I would certainly recommend them should you be looking for a reliable, tidy, friendly and competitive heating and plumbing company.

I received a very fair, reasonable quote for a replacement thermostat and fitting from RSH. Richard also gave good advice about which was the better thermostat for my system and needs. Kieran who fitted the thermostat was a friendly, polite, professional worker who was very patient with the awkward position of the boiler and went out above and beyond to make sure the job was right. Very reliable and honest team. They fitted my boiler fitted in 2021. I misplaced my guarantee. I'm selling my property so I needed this for my solicitor. I contacted Richard to see if I could get a copy. Richard managed to get me a copy of the guarantee. This just shows me that it isn't just the job, it is the aftercare too. Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

After falling foul of a cowboy plumber, I called RHS to see if they could repair the leaking pipes and generally shoddy work. They arrived within 20 minutes of my panicky phone call and quickly resolved the problem with no fuss. He even came when he wasn't supposed to be working! I really can't thank them enough and the work is now tidy and, more importantly, water tight! Literally saved the day! Thanks again!

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

Rang Thermoman in evening as my boiler stopped working . He came out first thing the next morning and quickly sorted the problem out. I then arranged for it to be serviced the following week. On both occasions he arrived at exactly the time he said he would, was very friendly and professional in his work and left the place spotlessly clean. Danny did our boiler service last year and as he'd arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily (and was someone I felt comfortable to have in the house) I had already decided I'd be a regular customer. Fast forward to the coldest day of the year arrived and the boiler decided not to work so I called Danny - not only did he come out that same day and fix it, he didn't overcharge for an emergency call out and it was all done and dusted by the time I got home. I recently used T.M. West for the repair of a leak in an old lead pipe. Great, responsive initial communication and made every effort to accommodate my requested dates. Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.

Excellent service provided. We had no hesitation in using R Toomes & Son due to them carrying out works for friends and family members in the past. We required a complete replacement heating/water system which involved the removal of an old back boiler and pipe work including the first stages of a bathroom installation. This work was carried out during a time the house was empty so installation was a bit easier thanks to carpets and floorboards already up in places. We recently used this company to refit our bathroom and the finished product was fantastic, also yesterday our boiler broke down, James the owner personally attended within the hour, it was diagnosed that evening and two of his staff turned up at 8am on Xmas eve with the correct part and it was repaired within the hour, top service !
