Had my new boiler/hive fitted this morning, absolutely fantastic. Arrived prompt about 7.45am and all work completed by 12pm. All mess taken care of and old boiler removed. Nice friendly guy and would absolutely recommend to everyone

5* excellent service, we had a new boiler fitted today in a new location too and all of the removal and fitting went smoothly and the team were so efficient. They arrived early and quickly got to work and the job was done way quicker than we thought and to an incredible standard. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by making sure things like the kitchen cupboard they had to remove was put back perfectly and without any damage which was so great as it was a rather flimsy cupboard in the first place so we are so pleased. We now have a hive thermostat and a warm, efficient home! The house has never felt this cosy before, so pleased thanks again and highly recommend.

WOW Where do I start. Mark, jack and Taylor the apprentice were absolutely incredible. They worked so hard making sure everything was right with the combi boiler they were putting in. Brilliant service. Responded rapidly when our boiler broke down in recent cold snap. Liaised with Worcester Bosch to ensure our guarantee was implemented and that they responded rapidly. Can’t praise them enough. Use your local suppliers!

I noticed a issue with my boiler this morning and gave them a call around 10am, sent them a few pictures and plumber was at the property within a few hours with the replacement parts to get the boiler working again. We have just had our beautiful bathroom designed, supplied and fitted by YPS. From our very first meeting at the Otley showroom, we were expertly advised by Sam on fittings and fixtures and what would work best for our requirements. Michelle carried out a full site survey. We discussed styles and again, we received excellent guidance and support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our fitter, Fran, was brilliant. If he had questions, he took photos and sent them to me when I was at work so that we could talk through what needed to be done. His workmanship shows what a perfectionist he is. He was punctual, clean and tidy and was always happy to advise alternatives, i.e. Fran recommended a tiled skirting as opposed to our planned wooden skirting and this looked 100% better. The whole project has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish and I cannot recommend YPS highly enough.

YPS installed a new bathroom for me in late 2021. I had an initial conversation with Olivia, outlining the style, feel and layout I was looking for - she took my input and came back with some great suggestions on how to tackle some of the challenges which the layout presented, as well as finding a collection of fittings and fixtures which I loved, ticking every box in terms of the brief. I was then provided with some initial 3d mock up images of her design, making it really easy to visualise, and after a few minor tweaks, contracts were signed and the installation was scheduled. Fran, the main installer was brilliant. An honest, hard working, and really skilled guy. From the moment he arrived to the moment he finished, he did a great job. Throughout the 5 or 6 days which the installation lasted, Fran kept me updated with his progress - explaining his plan for the day each morning, and taking me through what he'd done each evening. His attention to detail was fantastic, and this is really apparent in the finish of the bathroom. I really felt like YPS went the extra mile to make my bathroom be exactly how I'd imagined. The end result is beautiful, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending their work to anyone in the area. Thanks again YPS!

We have recently had a new bathroom designed and installed by YPS and are really thrilled with the results. Michelle was able to reconfigure the bathroom to maximise the space and used her expertise in design to pick out fixtures and fittings that suited our taste. Fran the fitter was superb, he is a skilled tradesman, communicated at every stage and very tidy! We would not hesitate to recommend them and plan to use them for our next bathroom.

We’re incredibly happy with our lovely new bathroom. Fran and Manny worked extremely hard and did a brilliant job in only 5 days. (They also accommodated our last minute special request to have a niche in the shower, which looks lovely). Michelle was also brilliant -we needed the bathroom done ASAP and she turned the work around extremely quickly. Very impressive all round!

Josh replied promptly to my enquiry and was able to fit me in within a few days to revamp my shower. All done quickly and expertly. Definitely recommend him and will engage him again for any future work I have.

Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. What should have been a straightforward job turned in to a huge challenge due some shoddy work done at some point in the past. Tom was great to work with. When I lost both heating and hot water, Tom found time to visit the same day and diagnose the issue, while walking me through the process so I could understand it. He then fully explained what work was required and followed up with a competitive quote. Definitely an engineer that I would be happy to recommend to anyone 👍

Can't recommend Tom highly enough - did a great job replacing our old heating system with an unvented smart system at short notice. Phenomenal install, great workmanship, clean, coordinated, with clear communication, and completed on time and on budget. I had to call Joe out one evening this week due to a leak from the bath. Joe came out straight away and spent time investigating the issue and made things safe. He then came back the next day (sooner than expected as he was already booked up) and finished off the repair. Service was excellent and he cleared up after he had finished the work. Very helpful and would definitely recommend.

Always come when arranged, on the phone whenever you need them, trustworthy and very good rates for the standard of work produced. I have no problems referring my clients to stay safe as I know they always do a thorough job and won’t let the client down.

I have used Louis both as a landlord for my portfolio and for my own home, most recently fitting a boiler for my Father. He was recommended to me by another gas fitter as excellent. He is helpful, knowledgeable, professional, turns up on time and there is no messing about and comes fully prepared for the job. As my Dad commented "He just gets on with it!"

I first came across Brad when I had an outside tap constantly running - he gave helpful advise about how to isolate over the phone and then came a few days later to replace the tap. Given his help and professional manner, I then asked if he did bathroom renovations and I’m so glad I did! Brad and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. He had a good local recommendation for a supplier of the bathroom furniture and his team have done an amazing job fitting everything. I used AMB Plumbing and Heating for a bathroom refurb. I am really happy with the end result. They were great at communicating with me throughout the renovation and quick to resolve any issues that cropped up. They turned up when they said they were going to and completed the job in a good timeframe. I also think they are very reasonably priced given some of the quotes I had for the bathroom refurb. I will be using again in future for any plumbing/ heating help I need.

We have used AMB several times over the last few years - they did the plumbing when had new kitchen fitted, fitted a new boiler and then serviced it. This year we had a new bathroom fitted and wow it was an amazing transformation! Extremely professional guys - we have no worries leaving them with a key to our house whilst we have to go out to work. Never known anyone work so hard and clean up at the end of the day like they’d not even been in the house. Our bathroom has gone from being so old fashioned and horrible to a 5 star hotel bathroom in 2 weeks it really is beyond whatever we could have wished for. Thank you again 😃

I contacted Mark regarding a boiler issue on a house I rent out. He has a lot of excellent online reviews & it’s easy to see why. He was able to fit the job in quickly, his communication was good & he was efficient in sorting it out. On top of that, his pricing was reasonable. Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! Quick & reliable service, and very reasonably priced. He came out to my Mum in October, and although the repair needed additional parts, he secured the hot water tank and came the following day to finish the job. Absolute fantastic service, I would highly recommend him
