Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. The lovely thing was the contact between us was spot on and honest. He turned up on time, did what he said he’d do and charged us really reasonably. Can’t thank you enough!

He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. Had several issues with leaking pipes and previously fitted utilities, phoned Keith, he was amazing from the start, even though there was challenges such as road weather conditions he was on time, executed jobs, perfectly and clean, organised, well equipped with all parts and tools, very friendly and helpful, respectful, great customer service skills and abilities, matching knowledge, would highly recommend and use again.

I contacted S Fearn Plumbing after discovering a leak in my house. One of their team were with me within 24 hours and had diagnosed the issue. They temporarily fixed it until they could source the part and even came ahead of the planned appointment to install the new part. I'll definitely be using them again!

Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us. Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.

Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Very pleasant to talk to and the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend. Thank you Matthew and Chris.

Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us.
