I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

If you need a boiler service I can highly recommend FabGas. I booked the job & a very nice chap called Andy arrived as scheduled & he quickly & expertly serviced our Ideal boiler. A fantastic service by Fab Gas & a pleasure to meet Andy the technician.👍🏻

I have had several really positive dealings with Andy in the last year. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. He leaves everything tidy at the end of a job too. I would have no problem in recommending him. Superb service.

Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. I've known and used Steve's services for over 20 years in Leeds and North Yorkshire and would recommend him without hesitation as a quality heating and plumbing expert. Steve has installed gas fires, boilers, bathrooms, showers, central heating, hot water tanks and even fitted a bespoke kitchen in our first house and remodelled our kitchen in our second house over that time. The reliability of his advice and the quality of his work is second to none. He genuinely cares about doing a proper job and makes sure the place is clean and tidy everyday, not just at the end of the job. Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. We’ve always been really happy with their work and their approach. They are always polite, friendly and accommodating and we’d highly recommend them.

Chris and Matt were both great. They were able to fit me in before Christmas to replace my shower and kitchen tap. Matt came to complete the work…friendly and knowledgable……also reasonable pricing. Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Excellent service- arrived in one hour, just after Christmas and replaced our boiler by the next day. Gaz was so helpful and professional- he and his guys literally saved the day. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.

They are the best people we have ever had to deal with. They are kind & understanding & very knowledgeable. The batteries needed replacing so they treated that as an emergency as they knew we would panic. They are the most reliable firm & so considerate. We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us. Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.

Contacted Dan to repair our kitchen and bathroom. He was so prompt and professional from the start. He came in with his team and repaired and refurbished our kitchen and gave it a whole new look. He kept in touch and updated us of the smallest details and kept our anxieties away. Even after the majority of the work was done, he followed up with other pending issues. Dan fitted our new bathroom, I feel like so much time and thought was put into the job before the work even started. Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away.
