Andy is great. He was recommended by a family member. Repaired our old boiler after we first moved into our house. When we decided it was time for a new boiler and to move it to another room there was no question to who we would use, first class service all the way. Just had him back to reconnect our gas after we have had the meters changed. Always a great service, job done right first time. Happy customer.

Mr Mulla was a decent professional person and did a good job. He fixed my leaky radiator and disconnected another one. The price was reasonabe considering he came and worked late in the evening. I recommend this guy. Thank you.

I picked this company as it was local and for its positive reviews when the boiler broke and I was very happy with my choice . Their communication was great , came on time to the appointment and fixed it. Also did a few extra tasks like cleaning pipes which help the boilers efficiency and cleaned over the casing . Jovy and his team came to our assistance as Our Cistern had corroded and we needed a new boiler, radiators and shower, these were fitted and tested within 5 days. There work is outstanding and the quality of the products installed were excellent and exactly to our requirements. I am so pleased with the service from Jovy Danny and Ethan they went above and beyond fitting and replacing items and they cleaned and replaced carpets furniture as they had never been moved. Chris, Mark and their team have recently refitted our bathroom and installed an unvented water cylinder as an alternative to a power shower. At every stage in this process we were impressed by the advice and recommendations Chris gave us for each of our requests that we wanted to include. He recommended showrooms to visit and suppliers to ensure that our requirements were fully met. Despite a 6 month wait (due to his full work schedule) for our new bathroom Chris kept to the date set and always replied promptly to any contact we made in the interim. Each person in the team worked incredibly hard, skillfully and respected us, our property and cleared away everything tidily at the end of each day. Chris and Mark did a great job with a full bathroom and downstairs toilet refit. Most importantly when I found a minor issue they were quickly back to fix it. Very pleased with their work ethic and the final results.

Chris, with his team, have just completed a full bathroom refit along with building a new cupboard to house our boiler which they had moved. They have also remove a dishwasher and installed a cupboard in the space as well as fitting a new sink. All the work has been done to the highest standard and the care they have all taken of our house was excellent. As with all work you do on a house there have been challenges, all were dealt with promptly and completely e.g. the leek in the kitchen which turn out to be nothing they had done but an old adaption not done properly - no fuss, just sorted. We are highly delighted with the transformation of our bathroom by Chris and Mark. Chris gave us very good advice on what to avoid when choosing the bathroom suite and saved us money. Bret saved the day again! He came out in the evening to put a radiator back on correctly as it was leaking. I should have called him first, instead of trying to save money by getting someone who is not a plumber to do it.Bret is a professional, very friendly, trustworthy and reliable. He also did a flue test after I had mentioned my concerns about my fire as I had not had it on for about three years. I will be calling him again shortly to do a complete service on the fire. in future I will stick to the experts and Bret most definitely is that. I will recommend him to anyone. We had Bret recommended to us by a friend and we had asked him to come out and check our boiler and central heating system after the severe cold weather. The date was arranged but then about three feet of snow fell overnight so we thought there would be no way he'd be able to get his van to us. Which he couldn't, he had walked to our address with all his kit, performed a full diagnostic system check, Carbon monoxide check, pressure test, the works. British Gas could learn a trick or two from this guy. Not only did he test all our system but showed us exactly what he was doing and why and gave us tips on how to keep the boiler in good condition. Bret was an absolute star, we had our boiler serviced by Bret and from opening the door to him I knew he was professional. Firstly Bret put shoe covers on which is a big must for me as I am very house proud, not many people do this, I have had gas engineers come and trail muck and the rest of it through my house and not give it a secound thought.
