Needed to call out Jamie on a Sunday afternoon due to a blocked drain, and this was the Sunday before Christmas. His communication and timeliness were spot on as well as being really efficient at fixing the issue. A great guy, really polite, and I would highly recommend this business.

I called JM Jetwise and Jamie was able to come down within just 15 minutes of my call to assess our blocked drains. He came down almost immediately to help us and told us exactly how he could resolve the issue and the cost involved. Jamie spent over 2 hours at our property and did an absolutely amazing and thorough job using his CCTV technology and jet wash equipment. Whilst he was unblocking our drains, he was fantastic at explaining to me how the issue had arisen and answered all of my many questions. He’s an absolute expert at his trade and overall great guy.
