Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

Tom is extremely kind, prompt, and thorough in his locksmith work - I can't recommend him more highly! After our flat was broken into, he came quickly to install high-security locks (even arriving late at night). We felt immensely lucky to have his courteous and thoughtful service. I've used Tom previously when my front door was insecure came out same day put me at ease and the cheapest price by far. Contacted him today as my elderley parent was concerned as next door had car stolen broken into house and accessed via my parents garden, contacted Tom and he went to secure the house. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Replaced a broken gearbox on multipoint lock for rock door, whilst I waited. Always had brilliant service from these guys. Been using this company for about 25 years. Speaking to Warren today who has been with them for 20years. All staff are friendly full of knowledge and very helpful. As for the negative reviews because they don’t do car keys, is because they don’t need to. Five stars all round.

Excellent service today with a composite door locking mechanism that wouldn’t engage. Andrew quickly diagnosed the fault , requiring a new central component which unfortunately wasn’t in stock. So he detached the required part from a full assembly that was in stock and fitted it to our mechanism. Whole process less than 20 minutes and a bill for 40 odd quid rather than £110 plus for the full item. Outstanding !

I found car key masters to be really helpful and efficient. I rang Dan and he came round to my house promptly that evening to replace an old used car key. Called Dan and off the bat was incredible and very helpful with advice and providing step by step solution to the issue with my car (anti theft deterrent issue) on my Vauxhall corsa. Very good price also in comparison to the other auto locksmiths I called around in Manchester. He was very speedy in his response and getting to me within 20 mins. French door locking mechanism failed so called Elite365 Locksmiths. Arrived promptly, work completed with full explanation. Fair price on labour and parts. Very happy with the finished job. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their UPVC door locks.

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

John rescued me! I'd lost my keys on a morning run, rang JM Locksmiths and explained the situation, asking him to "pencil" me in for 5pm in case i found the keys or located a spare. He quoted a reasonable price. When I couldn't find a spare, John arrived and although it took him longer to pick the lock than expected (apparently it was a really good dead lock) he honoured the quote. Delighted, and thoroughly recommend.
