Called Dan and off the bat was incredible and very helpful with advice and providing step by step solution to the issue with my car (anti theft deterrent issue) on my Vauxhall corsa. Very good price also in comparison to the other auto locksmiths I called around in Manchester. He was very speedy in his response and getting to me within 20 mins. We had a great conversation and he even broke down the process on how he was going to make me a new key and help with the problem. Highly recommend. Very humble and down to earth guy with a helping character. Thanks again Dan you really saved my evening from a long cold icy night of chaos. Hopefully I won’t need you again HAHA! Very impressed with these guys! Asked for a quote at 9pm was answered right away and new key fob was cut and programmed by 11am the next morning! And at a fraction of the cost that the Dealership was asking for. Also the added bonus is that they come to you wherever you are! Brilliant!! Definitely recommend. Fob working perfectly 👌

I found car key masters to be really helpful and efficient. I rang Dan and he came round to my house promptly that evening to replace an old used car key. Replaced a broken gearbox on multipoint lock for rock door, whilst I waited. Always had brilliant service from these guys. Been using this company for about 25 years. Speaking to Warren today who has been with them for 20years. All staff are friendly full of knowledge and very helpful. As for the negative reviews because they don’t do car keys, is because they don’t need to. Five stars all round.

I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

I called Altrincham Lock & Safe this morning since my front door lock had jammed. I discussed the problem over the phone and he suggested something to try based on his experience. It worked !! What a refreshing change to come across a company that doesn't try to overly profit at your misfortune and is willing to help people out to save everyone time and trouble. The advice was spot on. I needed urgent access to my elderly mum's home for her carers and he came within 15 mins and gained entry and sorted the door. Brilliant.

Had to call out an emergency locksmith during a weekend evening due to the operating mechanism in my upvc door failing which prevented it from locking. After attempting to contact a number of local 24 hr locksmiths who would not answer their phones I decided to try Lowton Locks. I must say that I was not disappointed when the owner Kelvin answered the phone immediately and said he would attend within the hour. Very friendly chap who quickly made a temporary repair to the mechanism which allowed the door to be locked The gearbox in the mechanism had failed which required a new one and he promised to return Monday morning to fit a new part. Again not disappointed as he returned punctually as stated , replaced the gearbox and carried out adjustments to the hinges. The door now works better than it did when new and overall I was very pleased with the level of service.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. John attended our home within half an hour of us calling late at night when our front door wouldn’t lock. He was fantastic. Very friendly and professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was as well as walking us through the quality of the replacement parts he was using. Called them for emergency access to a Rock security door with high security lock fitted. Arrived promptly, gained entry and replaced the lock which included a set of five keys which was very handy, and also cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and price very reasonable.
