Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Mike was on time, reliable and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend to others.

Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I wanted to change my upvc back door locks so that instead of having to lift the lever to engage the locks it would always lock as I closed it behind me and would need a key to reopen it. Guardian were able to source and replace the whole locking bar system with a new one for me despite the door being about 30 years old. I am delighted with the result and the price I paid was very reasonable in my opinion. I'd recommend Guardian where you will get a warm, professional service and their knowledge means you get the right advice to solve your problem. I expected to have to buy a new door but this has saved me £££.

Used Tom numerous times. He’s changed all my locks to high security locks, fitted new garage locks when I lost my keys, sorted my sticking patio doors and changed handle on my front door when it went faulty. He’s the one person I trust and the first person I call when I have a security issue. Always arrives when he says he will, does a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.

I've used Tom previously when my front door was insecure came out same day put me at ease and the cheapest price by far. Contacted him today as my elderley parent was concerned as next door had car stolen broken into house and accessed via my parents garden, contacted Tom and he went to secure the house. Tom is extremely kind, prompt, and thorough in his locksmith work - I can't recommend him more highly! Contacted Martin 23.12.24 many places closed not responding. Took car up to Train and Martin checked the batteries in the key fob. He then gave me comprehensive advice as to what to do next. I would have been at the mercy of many! Martin did not want a penny for any of this. Really pleasant, professional, and willing to help. Thoroughly recommend.

I contacted Jordan because I had lost my front door key. He was able to pick the back door lock, allowing me to enter the property and get the back door key inside. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service!
