What a great guy Remi is. Needed a new ignition barrel, and this was all done and sorted within 1 day. The price was almost half what I had been quoted from other places. Remi turned up exactly on time, and had the job done in no time. 5 stars from me. Excellent service from a really decent guy who knows his stuff.

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

I found car key masters to be really helpful and efficient. I rang Dan and he came round to my house promptly that evening to replace an old used car key. As you can see from the photo's the new key is brilliant upgrade. He was very helpful, responsive and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

With a broken key embedded in the lock barrel of a French Door I called Elite. John promptly attended my call in under an hour, effortlessly addressing the issue. Beyond that, John also quickly adjusted three uPVC exterior doors that had been awkwardly catching, ensuring a smooth closure. His efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Had a uPVC side door which was locked shut, rang Elite365 Locksmiths for a non-emergency call out. Arrived within 30mins to investigate the problem, got the door open and demonstated that a new lock was required also recommended new handles as originals were clearly old, loose and worn (even I could see this!). Price offered was reasonable and well within the upper estimate that it could of been. Excellent workmanship on the replacement, took time to get the best results and talk me through it. Job completed 10/10, just shy of 2 hours from initial phone call. Would happily recommend.

I called Altrincham Lock & Safe this morning since my front door lock had jammed. I discussed the problem over the phone and he suggested something to try based on his experience. It worked !!
