My partner rang Jon last minute to see if he could fix her grandmas lock. Jon came out within 15 mins to have a look at the problem. Always go here for key cutting. Reasonable and efficient. My front door key is a difficult cut and other locksmiths were unable to do. This locksmith was able to tell me it was an Italian key and cut the key no problem.

Went in to buy a new lock as I had lost the key for mine and it was in multiple pieces, the man said he could fix it for me and cut new keys which I'm sure was much cheaper than me buying a new lock! Very helpful and well priced

James is very reliable, skilled and friendly. He came and fitted an internal lock the day after I called. Prompt, tidy and exactly the result I wanted. Would definitely recommend James and will be calling upon him again in the future.

I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

I had an issue with the lock to the front door of a buy-to-let we have in south Manchester and contacted City Lock & Safe Ltd, as they had a 5* review. What a great company, James called to confirm his arrival the next day at 09:30. Sorted the issue out and called me immediately afterwards to confirm he completed the job with a new lock barrel. He also explained how I could register the key for added security. Job done, tenants happy and at a very reasonable price. Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! I needed more keys to be cut which they said they could do for me and they would drop them back off later in the day !!! Great services… highly recommend

I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. Broken car key with remote switch, panic! A quick phone call to see if they could do it, 'no problem' he said. I went in and it was replaced in about 10 minutes, panic over. Excellent service and not too expensive. Highly recommended 👍

Cannot fault this service, called at 9am and they arrived same day @ 11.30am. Both front and back door locks changed, locksmith was very polite and friendly and did a great job! Would highly recommend.
