Called Simon the previous night after a key broke in the front door. He arrived punctually the next morning to replace the cylinder of the multi-lock rock door, with a more modern version. Took about half an hour. Very please with the job and Simon is a friendly and well informed locksmith. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his company.

Couldn't be happier with the service! I phoned Simon in the morning, and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and lift our front door which had dropped, and he also replaced the old lock with a nice new one, which has fixed the issues we were having with the door. Had a niggling issue with the front door lock for a while until it decided to eat the key! Found Sure Locks on Google and we made the call. Wife and toddler at home so keen to get sorted quickly. Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.
