Excellent professional service, really genuine and knowledgable guy, I would 100% use again and recommend. My front door mechanism broke so I was unable to open the door, he arrived quickly and had the door open in 5 minutes, promptly diagnosed that the internal gearbox had failed and replaced and also replaced the barrel (which came with 5 keys), all in around 45 minutes, BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! (I had a cowboy locksmith around the night before who spent 2 hours drilling the lock and couldn’t get the door open who charged the earth and just left without sorting)

Tristan arrived at my door, literally a couple of minutes after putting the phone down to him. He’d identified the issue & within 10 minutes had remedied! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled professional; added benefit that he's a lovely guy too!

I called hughie after finding his number on Google, he was able to fit me in the same morning at very short notice. He let me know the price for the new car keys well in advance and his communication was top notch. He arrived at my place of work and was able to sort it out in no time at all at great price. Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.

Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Amazing service. Called Mark with a emergency job around 9am and he was at my house less than 90 minutes later after doing another job and even gave an accurate ETA. Was efficient and clear as he was doing the fix. Let us know exactly what he was doing and why which was very helpful. Also a genuinely nice guy, wore shoe protectors without even asking and was very polite and friendly. Price was extremely reasonable especially considering it was an emergency weekend call and we had parts replaced. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and he will be first person I call if I enevr need work in the future.

Great job! Needed locks changing on front & back as just moved in. Fitted strong secure locks, including refitting the partially damaged back door as part of the service. Which was great Top bloke all done while people moving in and out. Even helped the ex tenants get their sofa out ha. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

Excellent, effective, efficient fitting of a garage defender lock. The locksmith also came up with a fix for the garage door's open and close mechanism, so now it works properly. Friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. He was very professional, very reliable and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. All in all flawless service. We have utilised this service on a number of occasions for jobs inside and outside the home. It’s always important to have someone you trust working inside your home especially where locks are concerned. Andy has always been prompt in responding to any requests made. He even turned out at very short notice to fit a new door mechanism to our daughters flat in Helmshore. He has fitted new and more secure locks to all the doors on the ground floor of our house. He has also removed and replaced old padlocks that had rusted on our garage. As a result of work carried out on our property he been asked to complete other tasks for neighbours. There no job too big or too small.

Andy delivered a prompt and efficient service on three occasions and fitted excellent quality locks. He also advised, supplied and fitted additional security items.

My patio door handle broke, leaving me unable to open it. Andy came round the day I called, and managed to get the door open, without damaging it, and replaced the mechanism. Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.

Steve was absolutely brilliant it was an emergency call out, he was here very quickly and communicated really well to reassure me on the time he would arrive as I had my dog locked inside the house and I was quite anxious about that. Needed a locksmith as my key was stuck in lock. Rang Matt who came within 20 mins despite being full of a cold. Swapped the barrel in no time, sorted the patio door out too and was very reasonable with the bill. Nice guy and highly recommended. Thank you .

I needed urgent access to my elderly mum's home for her carers and he came within 15 mins and gained entry and sorted the door. Brilliant.

Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Matt came out the same day I called to replace a faulty lock on our door. He's extremely knowledgeable sharing useful tips with us to keep our locks well maintained.

We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. He answered the telephone call straight away, and came when he advised he would. - He went above and beyond with his service offer, he is reliable character with a. 5* service.
