We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. I needed urgent access to my elderly mum's home for her carers and he came within 15 mins and gained entry and sorted the door. Brilliant.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Fantastic Service from start to finish. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!
