Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. I am very grateful for the fast and high-quality work. My English is very weak and I was afraid of misunderstanding, but this wonderful person patiently and slowly explained to me and tried to understand me, for which I am especially grateful to him. My front door wasn’t locking. Billy asked me lots of questions over the phone and gave me his initial thoughts. He arrived promptly the next day as arranged, sorted the problem out quickly and gave advice on future usage. He even realigned the bolt on my garden gate for me while he was here! Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. I have previously had my front door locks changed by this company - they are absolutely brilliant and friendly too. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Absolutely amazing services from these guys. Would definitely recommend these guys again. After having my handbag stolen with my keys in it, these guys came out speedily and got me back into my house. What was already a stressful situation for me, was made easier by their calmness and not putting pressure on me to find money there and then as my bank cards were also stolen. I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

I had reason to need a locksmith whilst away from home to fix a front door lock on our home. I spoke to James via telephone and he said he would go and check it out and phone me back. Great job! Needed locks changing on front & back as just moved in. Fitted strong secure locks, including refitting the partially damaged back door as part of the service. Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

We had a key snapped inside the front door. I contacted a few emergency locksmiths and this one seemed reasonable in price. Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service!
