John installed my new bathroom, he completed the job to a high standard. John was a clean and tidy workman who was helpful and professional. I am really pleased with the quality of work.

Nejat fitted an outside tap for me. He was punctual , polite and very efficient. He helpfully suggested a much better location for the tap than I had already planned , Highly recommended.

Excellent service from this company, came out the same day I phoned and gave me a quote. Managed to fit me in the next day, I had a problem with my shower trap leaking, it was very awkward to get to and it took him a lot longer than expected. Barton Plumbing did a great job replacing pipes and put in a new shower trap. I would highly recommend them.

I was recommended Barton Plumbers by a friend who had recently used them. I messaged on Saturday and he turned up on Monday morning, on time. High knowledgable guy, clearly lots of experience. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath! Recently booked a boiler service and radiator replacement with Lacey's after they were recommended to me by my daughter. The service I received was friendly, professional, responsive and to a high standard. Thank you to Rebecca (office) and Danny (engineer).

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.
