Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Have had many jobs done previously, new boiler, plinth heaters and gas fire fixed etc. always reliable and trustworthy. Absolutely recommend A&M plumbing.

Great communication, neat and clean job done very efficiently. Fitted a 3 in 1 boiling tap in the kitchen and brilliant research and imagination to get me a garden hose fitting on an indoor tap that saved me circa £200. These guys are amazing. Very highly recommend.

We are very lucky that we found this Plumbing and Heating company. Ziad was absolutely fantastic from the beginning to the end. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

I recently had a boiler issue fixed by Calvin. Service and comms were great. Due to the issue we had a leak and had to completely turn the water off, so it wasn’t a great situation. Calvin was able to diagnose the potential problem effectively before the visit via pictures/videos and messages. He turned up with the correct equipment and tools first time. He provided a general estimate of costs which was also very useful. Calvin himself was polite, professional and courteous.

We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Mo carried out a boiler repair for my father. He was very pleasant and took extra care in helping my elderly father. Mo even remediated the issue with the correct parts, which the insurance supplied engineer stated that it was not possible to be repaired! This demonstrated Mo’s experience and knowledge to remediate an issue which others wrote off. Very happy with the service received from Mo and the cost charged was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Mo really gives his 100% to make sure he is giving the best of his services, In the last cold snap, our boiler stopped working and everyone else said replace the boiler and that was pricey, Mo did an excellent job with it, explaining all the issues and fixing my boiler at 1/5 of the price with all the guaranteed work.. it has been running for over a month now - No problem at all and I can now replace it at my convenience. Highly recommend. Mo installed a new boiler and smart thermostat in our home, after our original boiler had begun failing. Mo was able to turnaround quotes and start work quickly, given the need for having a working boiler up and running. Mo was professional, efficient, and took care in the work carried out. Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath!
