Very efficient service. Tony rung me within 15 mins of making the appointment, to gather as much detail as possible about the job. Great service from both Miles and Tony in identifying the issues with our boiler and helping to fix them and advise on next steps.

Great service from the ladies in the office. Sarah, Rachel and Naz, couldn’t have been any nicer or efficient. They gave me a 2 hour window as I was travelling up from London and everything went swimmingly. The plumbers called before, arrived on time, fixed the boiler. Really nice guys but I didn’t catch their names. Would highly recommend this company, so used to getting ‘computer says no’ approach from others, but it was great to have the human touch.

Tony came out to my daughter's apartment after he'd already had a full day after a cold snowy weekend. He did the job that was requested (new wireless Thermostat) and eliminated the problem that was causing her boiler to cut out and did a temporary fix to prevent this happening and now awaiting a revisit. I would recommend Tony and A + R Boilers, reception staff pleasant to deal with every time we called.

We have used Matt for numerous plumbing needs for a good few years. He has fitted and serviced boilers as well as sorting other plumbing issues such as broken taps. We have found him to be friendly, easy to contact, very reasonably priced, quick and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. Great communication, neat and clean job done very efficiently. Fitted a 3 in 1 boiling tap in the kitchen and brilliant research and imagination to get me a garden hose fitting on an indoor tap that saved me circa £200. These guys are amazing. Very highly recommend.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. I was given a fixed price for parts and labour. Even though it took longer to resolve an issue with the replaced thermostat the price was fixed as per the quote. Friendly service, highly recommended.
