After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

I had already had one company out (n,s drainage) couldn’t solve the problem felt a bit like watching laurel and hardy Got Paul out he was fast could tell he knew is stuff when it comes to drains one week on plenty of rain but no flooding at the front of the house job well done, thanks again Paul hopefully I won’t need you again but will definitely recommend you to others in the future.

Big thanks to Simon and the team. From the first design conversation to completion of the full bathroom renovation in 7 weeks - never thought it could be so simple. The team made it straightforward and managed everything from measuring, picking fixtures/fittings, rip out to rebuild (including painting). Would highly recommend and definitely work with them again. Jordan serviced my boiler (which he installed last year) also reset the auto thermostat and resolved a problem with the kitchen rad. After being let down by 2 bathroom places I popped into here, well were do I start with my 3 fairy godfathers and Austin! I booked them in to do 2 bathrooms and they stayed with me helping renovate our house and turned it into a beautiful home. I couldn't have coped without Matt, Dave and Simon they helped and supported and put in beautiful bathrooms, they had to fit all new boiler and pipes, completely ripped out 2 bad old bathrooms they checked everything and still they fit me in to pop back and help me. Not only all above but they also designed and fitted in a doggy shower especially for our boy who broke both back legs, also a whole new bootroom wall coming down the full on works it's stunning now. 5 months of these guys has been a pleasure, they are hard working, clean as they go and very trustworthy I can't name all but every single one of them I highly recommend, I've felt in safe in their hands and the work speaks for themselves. I'm so happy because I had so many cowboys quoting but had a blast renovating with these guys and I have to say a most special thank you to Austin for being the best joiner around for all his dedication and hard work but most importantly being a fantastic team leader I will miss him being around most of all. First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. I will only be recommending Craig to others going forward.

Craig has done a few jobs for me and my wife and we are both impressed with his work and reliability. Today I had a problem with the water supply and I rang for his help. Brian Foster, heating engineer, has serviced and kept my 20yr old Viessman going for the past 13 years. Just installed a new unit within a couple of days of contacting him. Perfection and thoroughness throughout. (And he drinks tea)

Our viessmann boiler broke just after Christmas, phoned Brian and he came promptly after our initial conversation. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed a number of problems with the boiler. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate in contacting him again.
