We've used Ste in the past to change taps, but it's good to have a reliable plumber on hand. He came today on time to replace the electric shower unit. We changed Triton to Triton as he advised this was preferable due to the piping. Triton recommends replacement units and he fitted it within a few hours. He tested the unit, tidying up after himself and applying silicone to a hole exposed through the switch. He luckily had availability within a week of contacting him and his pricing was competitive with Tritons own pricing for replacement.

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. I will only be recommending Craig to others going forward.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Brilliant service from a wonderful team of people. Can't thank and praise them enough.

John turned out to look at our boiler which kept tripping the breaker, as soon as he was able to. He diagnosed a fault and having obtained spare parts he returned early next day, fitted the parts and got the heating working. Excellent service from John as usual. I would not hesitate to recommend John.

John has been amazing! We called him on Saturday as our boiler stopped working all of a sudden. He came out the same day, worked out the problem, gave us all the info about what the problem was, why it had happened and how to fix it. He ordered the part for us same day and come round Wednesday to fit the part and fix the boiler. He fit us in even when he was super busy and booked up. He's been fab and we have booked with him to get the service done next month. Will only use him going forward now! Thanks John :)

John did an excellent job to fix our boiler leak. He's a very honest engineer who is trustable, reliable and doesn't cost the earth. Within 5 minutes of checking our boiler he managed to identify the issue and had a plan to fix it. It worked! He is friendly, punctual, and practical. What I appreciate most, is that he responded to my call quickly. He appreciated that I have young children in the house, so he came same day to save us from spending the day in the cold. I recommend him all the time.

Big thanks to Simon and the team. From the first design conversation to completion of the full bathroom renovation in 7 weeks - never thought it could be so simple. After being let down by 2 bathroom places I popped into here, well were do I start with my 3 fairy godfathers and Austin! I booked them in to do 2 bathrooms and they stayed with me helping renovate our house and turned it into a beautiful home. I couldn't have coped without Matt, Dave and Simon they helped and supported and put in beautiful bathrooms, they had to fit all new boiler and pipes, completely ripped out 2 bad old bathrooms they checked everything and still they fit me in to pop back and help me. Not only all above but they also designed and fitted in a doggy shower especially for our boy who broke both back legs, also a whole new bootroom wall coming down the full on works it's stunning now. 5 months of these guys has been a pleasure, they are hard working, clean as they go and very trustworthy I can't name all but every single one of them I highly recommend, I've felt in safe in their hands and the work speaks for themselves. I'm so happy because I had so many cowboys quoting but had a blast renovating with these guys and I have to say a most special thank you to Austin for being the best joiner around for all his dedication and hard work but most importantly being a fantastic team leader I will miss him being around most of all.
