Had an emergency leak under the floor boards meaning water was coming through the front room ceiling. Called IGS Plumbing who came within 25 minutes and mangled to fix the problem with ease. Answered all questions and made sure everything was ok before they left. Price was also extremely reasonable. Happy with the service provided and will definitely use again. I had new washing machine delivered but was unable to be installed as pipework connection needed to be upgraded. I contacted Gavin who arrived within 24 hours.He fitted a new part and took the time to install the machine and test it worked ok.He also successfully resolved a minor issue with dripping kitchen tap. Excellent communications and he came across as helpful, polite and friendly.

***** Review for Mat, Jack and Luke. I called for a quote which was easy and after a photos and a chat with Mat, suitable price was agreed and Mat pulled out all the stops to install for quickly. On the day of install Jack and Luke arrived and were great lads, very polite courteous and professional and started the work. Paul was absolutely wonderful! He came and fitted a new boiler for us a few months ago after ours broke. Couldn't wish for a nicer person. I highly recommend. The price was reasonable especially considering he had an obstacle course every time he went in and out due to the boiler being in our actic and not very accessible at all. James was a very professional, very pleasant guy who really knew what he was doing. He turned up punctually and delivered a first class service. James installed 3 radiators, a Nest system, fixed a faulty boiler, changed a tap, put an outside tap on, sorted out the knocking from the water meter etc. We will definitely be recommending to friends and will be using again.

Simon did our heating system, he converted it from an old header system to a new combi system and replaced all our radiators, valves and flushed the system. He moved the whole system from downstairs in our bungalow to in the loft. I had 4 quotes and his was the cheapest and better system, with a new Dutch boiler that has a very high rating along with the new Hive thermostat. Simon made the whole experience a pleasurable one with not being without heating or hot water for a single night. There was never any mess to come home to and was all completed in 4 days. I do not have one negative thing to say would recommend him to anyone.
