A few tradespeople didn't know how to repair our leaky wall mounted waterfall tap. Paul did it with no drama. Very reliable. Good bloke. Would recommend him to others.

Paul was absolutely wonderful! He came and fitted a new boiler for us a few months ago after ours broke. Couldn't wish for a nicer person. I highly recommend. The price was reasonable especially considering he had an obstacle course every time he went in and out due to the boiler being in our actic and not very accessible at all. He even popped back to sort an unrelated issue at a later date too. Thank you so much Paul.

Gavin fitted replacement kitchen taps for me at very short notice. He did an excellent job arriving on time and the task was sorted quickly. Fully explained as he went along and no issues, and very competitively priced. Thanks to Gavin.

I had new washing machine delivered but was unable to be installed as pipework connection needed to be upgraded. I contacted Gavin who arrived within 24 hours.He fitted a new part and took the time to install the machine and test it worked ok.He also successfully resolved a minor issue with dripping kitchen tap. Excellent communications and he came across as helpful, polite and friendly.

Gavin installed a beautiful new bathroom in our new place as we were so happy with the work he did at our last place. Once again he’s done an amazing job and we are over the moon with the result. Great value for money, professional, trustworthy; we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Gavin is very reliable and hard working, had a leaking shower tray and he replaced the shower cubicle to a very high standard and talked me through every step of the way,. I love my new shower, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to others. Good Job 👍

Simon did our heating system, he converted it from an old header system to a new combi system and replaced all our radiators, valves and flushed the system. He moved the whole system from downstairs in our bungalow to in the loft. I had 4 quotes and his was the cheapest and better system, with a new Dutch boiler that has a very high rating along with the new Hive thermostat. Simon made the whole experience a pleasurable one with not being without heating or hot water for a single night. There was never any mess to come home to and was all completed in 4 days. I do not have one negative thing to say would recommend him to anyone.

Simon and Ben fixed our underfloor heating system today. We had contacted 4 previous heating engineers and they responded, were polite and fixed a long term problem promptly. We had almost given up and cannot thank Simon enough for a brilliant service!

We had a very bad experience in relation to replacing our bathroom. The builder that we hired at that time had done a very cheap and messy job and because of him we have to suffer through with a leak in our bathroom that spread to the neighbours house. Thankfully Hanna heating, specifically “Paul” and “Will” they have done an excellent repair job in our home. I’m so happy with their outstanding service and specifically the work they’ve done. February 2025 Paul and Will have just installed a new bathroom for me and as expected, they've done an excellent job (photos below). Great project management from Paul and nothing was too much trouble. The end result looks superb - almost too good to use!!!! It's a bonus that Paul and Will are an absolute pleasure to have in your house, which counts for a lot when you've a job that extends over a few days. November 2024 Paul has just fitted a new combi boiler, 5 radiators and a Hive thermostat and I couldn't be more impressed. When he came out to quote on the job Paul listened to what I wanted and explained the different options, without pressurising me at all. His quote was also very competitive. Knowing that I wanted the job done as soon as possible, Paul moved a few jobs round to fit me in within a couple of weeks and ended up giving up his weekend to do the job. Most importantly, Paul and Will carried out the work to a very high standard, leaving me with a toasty house! Communication was excellent throughout and from the outset Paul kept me informed of how things were progressing and he always turned up when he said he would. Once the boiler was fitted, he took time to make sure I understood how everything worked and explained the aftercare package. It's great to find such a reliable, friendly and trustworthy local trader.... I've already booked Paul to refit my bathroom in the new year.

At the height of the cold snap on Saturday morning my boiler, about 20 years old, broke down. Paul came out in the afternoon and made a temporary fix. I decided it was time to have a new boiler. Paul and his son Will managed to do this on Thursday. Andy, Dean and their team did a top job upgrading a very old boiler to a brand new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Where do I start. Called him and he was at my house within the same day, bang on time and got straight on the job. Extremely nice guy and very charismatic. Jonny and his team have carried out a number of jobs for us now, including a boiler replacement at home and repairs/servicing on our rental property. First had Johnny last year to service my boiler, he also serviced my gas fire, he is very good, he told me about my roof when he checked my chimney and he was right, he has also fixed my toilet, and my shower, and then I had a fault with my boiler and he fixed that to. He is polite and friendly and doesn't leave a mess, and his costs are reasonable, so if you need a plumber who knows what he's doing give him a call.

Jonny and his team worked tirelessly to get our new boiler installed and left the house like they had never been despite having to remove flooring and carpets. Would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again.

Had an emergency leak under the floor boards meaning water was coming through the front room ceiling. Called IGS Plumbing who came within 25 minutes and mangled to fix the problem with ease. Leak from the flat above through my ceiling. Very prompt attendance and effective action taken in identifying and rectifying leak from valve feeding a concealed toilet cistern.
