Sewage backflew suddenly from the manhole early in the morning. RDS gave me a phone call just five minutes to ask the details of the issue after I had put on a request online. As promised they arrived within 2 hours. Then they found out where was blocked and cleared my drainage in just 30 minutes. They are true professional plumber and just charge me a very low fee, which is much lower than the last time by another plumber.

Very pleased with the service I received from the company, they arrived when they said they would. Excellent service, engineers very polite, professional service with perfect result. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I would definitely would use again.

Carl and the team installed a new combi boiler last week. Couldn’t be happier with the boiler and service given. Carl was happy to give some great advice about the best solutions for us and communications were really good from start to finish. All the team were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. Recently had a 32-year-old Baxi Solo system boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000. This was long overdue and my wife was a little nervous about the potential disruption to the fabric of the house, imagining it to be a filthy complicated job lasting a few days. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Carl and his sons were here at 8am, ready to go. By 4:45 pm that same day, everything was done: old boiler, water tank and immersion heater removed, new boiler installed, one leaky radiator valve replaced, outside flue very neatly patched up, Hive transceiver & thermostat up & running, and all controls explained and demonstrated. It restores my faith that there are SOME companies out there - like ProTech Gas Services - who communicate well, work hard, know what they're doing, do it well, and care about what the paying customer deserves. Great job guys !

Contacted Andy, he apologised he couldn't come the same day, but arranged a visit. (didn't bother us at all). He arrived on time, really polite, he knew exactly where the blockages were, and cleared them within an hour of arrival. Andy cleared 2 man holes. Would highly recommend him. 12 out of 10. You can see he looks after all his equipment and keeps it all clean. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. Andy came to us in Lytham St Annes, which is not local to him. Thank you Andy. 😊

What a superstar! We came downstairs on a Sunday morning to find our dining room carpet soaked. We phoned Matt and he came out to us straight away, worked out what the problem was, went and bought a new part and came back and fitted it, reset the boiler and bled all the upstairs radiators. We were thrilled that he was able to reassure us on a Sunday morning and resolve our problem in such a professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend MTG.

I would highly recommend Matt. He did our bathroom for us last year a whole new refurb and did an amazing job. Our boiler has been playing up I messaged Mat tand he came out the following morning, he did what he could do to and found the fault. He could fix it but due to our boiler no longer being made it’s best to get a whole new boiler which Matt has sorted for us. He always does such a good job! And cleans up afterwards which is really appreciated. He ended up fitting us our new tap for us to. We can’t thank you enough for squeezing us in and getting us sorted!

Matt recently fitted a boiler for us. He gave us a quote with a few different options, we went with the Ideal Vogue Max. His prices were reasonable and his workmanship was very good. We had been having issue with dropping pressure but all these issues are now gone. I would highly recommend Matt (I already have to someone!) and will definitely call him for any further plumbing and heating work.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.
