I’ve used Lee’s company a couple of times and their speed of response, quality of work and clarity of communication were all excellent. I have no hesitation in highly recommending LW to anyone.

LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

Great bunch of guys, did a fantastic job on our boiler replacement. Gave balanced advice, responded quickly, communicated really well and were an all round professional team. Would highly recommend.

Elmm Construction completed a double storey to the side and rear kitchen extension in Timperley. I would highly recommend Dan and his team, I received regular updates on the build and was included in the decision making process which I found was very inclusive and allowed my own ideas to come to fruition. The workmanship is impeccable and no elements were rushed. To this date I know I could pick up the phone to Dan with any query and the team would be happy to assist. I would like to thank Dan and the team for their continued hard work and for making the process of living-in during the build seamless and respectful to my family needs.

Dan has done two big jobs for us - kitchen and living room with new ceilings in both cases and extensive electrical and plumbing work. Dan and Kieran are polite and respectful and kept us informed about progress throughout the project. Dan was also very flexible when we wanted to add a few elements to the work as it went along. Elmm construction recently fitted a galley kitchen for us on one of the tree roads in Hale. Dan visited and gave us great advice on how to make great use of the space available, their quote was also the best that we received. The work was undertaken to time and budget and we were absolutely thrilled with the finish. Will now be getting the team to work on a new bathroom for us.

I called John to help with a leaking toilet. He called to let me know when he was on his way. The job was done quickly and John clearly explained what the problem was. I asked his advice about another non urgent job and he took a look at it and told me what to do before getting the issue fixed. I will definitely get John back to fix this problem and any others that may arise. He is helpful and polite.

We called John as an emergency and he said he’d phone 10 minutes before he could arrive and he did. It’s the small things that make all the difference. The boiler was intermittent but didn’t know exactly what was wrong, John solved the issue and persevered on a Friday afternoon and early evening, to ensure we weren’t without heating. He is a great guy, explained everything to me and options. Explained the pricing and I was able to do an instant bank transfer. We’ll be booking in for our annual service , we we’re really impressed and happy with the experience

John turned up on time & did a quick repair of the leaking old ball cock on a water header tank in our loft. He was professional & gave us useful advice to avoid similar issues during future freezing temperatures.

I needed a gas pipe to be capped and a couple of radiators installed and coupled to the boiler. Mark came in no time and sorted them out without any problem at a fair cost! He's a really great guy and no job is too small for him! Would really use him again and recommend him to others!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I contacted Rick about replacing a shower cubicle for a bath. He called out priced up and fitted the bath within a week. Very happy with the work that was carried out excellent service and would highly recommend.

Rick was helpful right from the start when my old boiler broke.. He was very prompt in getting back to me and in calling round to assess the situation. He gave me honest and informed advice and put me at ease. I needed a replacement boiler and Rick quoted me a really good price and also arranged his schedule to fit it ASAP as I had no hot water etc. Rick and Lewis did an excellent job and had me back up and running in a couple of days. They were friendly and professional while they carried out the work, which I am very happy with. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to friends and family. 👍

I have been using James for nearly 4 to 5 years to repair a leaking toilet cistern and another time in 2023 to replace a dripping kitchen tap. Once I asked him if he could dispose my dishwasher and moved the tumble dryer to that vacant space. He didn't mind doing that small jobs and was very helpful. Today he came to replace a dripping kitchen tap of my other property. I have recommended him to my neighbour and family member. The price he charged was very good and affordable. My boiler wasn't working, no heating and no hot water for several days.
