Hiring Charlotte Elise Wedding & Events was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Charlotte helped with the sourcing and booking of suppliers and it was amazing to have access to her knowledge. Once booked she handled the venue and all suppliers brilliantly taking all the stresses of us. On the run up to our wedding day she ensured they all knew timings and answered any questions, she also made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (even ordering some items for us!) On our wedding day Charlotte coordinated everyone (caterers, band, production etc) and helped with the setting up. Knowing Charlotte was there meant that we didn't have to worry once and looking back it was essential in helping us enjoy our wedding day. Afterwards many of our guests commented on how well the day flowed and it was great to hear what an amazing time our friends and family had. Our wedding was planned throughout covid as we got engaged the day before the national lockdown so we knew wedding planning wasn’t going to be straight forward in the early stages with all of the restrictions! We met with Charlotte who supported us through the wedding planning process, she arranged venue viewings and gave recommendations for reliable suppliers and made contact with them on our behalf (and they were all absolutely brilliant!!!). As well as offering her advice when it came to venue decoration and flowers - something we had no idea about and really appreciated the guidance . Charlotte co-ordinated the running order of the day and communicated amongst suppliers. On the day, it ran so smoothly, Charlotte worked in the background to ensure everything was in order so we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the lead up, people would tell us that wedding planning is extremely stressful, however we didn’t feel any of that and we’re so relaxed, thanks to Charlotte!

Charlotte planned our wedding for well over a year from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services, nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, from recommending and booking all of our suppliers to answering all of my queries and organising the finer details on the day. We were always in constant communication with each other. She always remembered everything I mentioned about my vision and the aesthetics for the day and her attention to detail really stood out for me. All of our guests commented how well organised our wedding day was and it really took the stress away from us on the day so that we could just sit back, take it all in and enjoy ourselves. The first wedding fair we attended was at Owen House, and from the first instance, we knew we just had to be there on our big day! The venue itself is gorgeous and suits the vibe we wanted to achieve. All of the staff are super friendly and exceptionally helpful, ready to assist with any query or concern we had. The fact that they have an on-site ceremony room (an especially beautiful one I might add!) was also a game changer for us, as we loved the thought of everyone being exactly where they needed to be for the whole day. Ell was in charge of the running of our ceremony and reception on the day, and she was an absolute star, making sure everything happened smoothly and on time. The on-site accommodation was really convenient, as well as stylish, spacious and pristine. A big thank you again OHWB for hosting such a perfect day for us, it surpassed our greatest expectations 😊

When I first saw this venue a year ago I was blown away and overcome with emotion. Everything about it is stunning and is absolutely perfect if you are like us and want to get ready, have your ceremony, wedding breakfast, reception and stay in an honeymoon suite all in one phenomenal location. We fell in love with this venue the second we stepped through the door! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day at Owen House! Not only did we have the most amazing weather for an end of October wedding, but Vanessa, Kris & the team were simply incredible. From start to finish the day was just perfect, we had so many compliments on how good the venue was and how it’s completely different to anything they’ve seen before. Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!

Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. Where to start..... I can not ever thank Helen enough for giving us the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our absolute DREAMS last September. When I first came across Helen back in 2019, I knew instantly from looking at her beautiful website and following our initial consultation that Helen was exactly the person I wanted and needed to have planning our wedding with us; I never needed to consider any other planners, I knew straight away that Helen and her team were going to be the ones for us. Initially, my (now) Husband was against the idea of spending money on a wedding planner however with heavy work schedules and dreams of a luxurious wedding but not knowing a thing about the industry, there was no doubt that it was a battle he was not going to win; he will be the first person now to say it was the BEST decision we made in the whole of the planning process. Having Helen on board paid even more dividends when COVID hit and we were faced with two postponements; Helen took so much stress away from us during that time, showed us so much care and I have no doubts that Helens reputation and highly respected position in the wedding industry meant that we were luckily able to move the wedding date on both occasions with minimal financial impact. Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork.
