Working with Amanda and the team is an absolute pleasure and also a lot of fun. When faced with turning our usual in-person event into a virtual event this year she was the first person we turned to. Amanda took care of everything, from choosing which platform to use and what entertainment would be best through to personally packing and mailing (and hand delivering) the best delegate boxes jampacked with goodies. Amanda truly went above and beyond for us and I could not have done it without her.

I’ve been working with the Just Watch team for 4 years now on a range of different events. From 600 delegate conferences to smaller events, Amanda and the team deliver what you would expect and more from an events team every time. I first worked with Amanda on an inaugural conference for over 600 delegates. At every stage she provided great ideas solutions, energy and enthusiasm particularly during delegate registration when numbers were slow and we needed to hold our nerve. Just recently worked with event 4 at the NODA Awards in Manchester, knowing the crowd/event is a big thing and this company knew what music to play to keep the dancefloor full all night. The set up was great too with big light up letters and a sound system to fill the room. Highly recommended!

The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! Emma was super friendly, and understanding - can’t wait to have another excuse to get in touch with them again!

She accommodated our requests and researched alternatives where she didn’t have an item at hand to ensure we wouldn’t compromise on anything. Emma is lovely, was punctual and discreet on the day of the event, and really demonstrated a desire to provide great service level. Thoroughly recommended.

Emma did a fantastic job! She met with us before the event, talked through all of the options and sent plans through with lots of time to spare. She did a fantastic job in transforming the space from a drab conference room into a wonderful catwalk and event space. I would definitely recommend Emma and wouldn't hesitate in using her again!

Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. We hired Victoria for on the day coordination for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day.
