We normally plan our events in-house however decided to outsource some aspects due to being so busy! We discovered ConnectIn and have used them for our last three events. Jess who we have been working with has been amazing at finding us suitable venues that matched exactly what we were looking for, as well as sourcing us some amazing props. Very professional and gifted face painter. Me and my mate been painted as the joker and hell boy for halloween. We was ready to be put in a movie lol. So much fun and it was easy to wash off in the end. Thank you Magda, you are the best :)

Magda was brilliant! I booked her for our corporate summer social event, and it went down such a treat! I’ve never seen so many adults walking around with such beautiful face paint designs, she’s very talented & would book her again for sure!

I only have amazing things to say about having Owen House as a wedding venue and would recommend it to anyone. We had the best day and so many guests told us how great the venue was. The staff make the experience, they are all friendly, helpful and responsive. Answering any and all questions and giving great advice. A huge thank you to everyone for making the process so easy. We also ended up using suppliers recommended by the venue for most things and we would pick them again. The venue itself is perfect, they’ve thought of everything you could need. It’s beautiful as it is without a huge amount of decor but it also works with any extras you want. The getting ready rooms and the on-site accommodation is all fantastic as well. I just wish it wasn’t over already!

When I first saw this venue a year ago I was blown away and overcome with emotion. Everything about it is stunning and is absolutely perfect if you are like us and want to get ready, have your ceremony, wedding breakfast, reception and stay in an honeymoon suite all in one phenomenal location. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us and continue to do for us even after the event; Chris, Vanessa, Dan, Ford, Caroline, Richard, Ell, Natalie and anyone else behind the scenes at this incredible venue - you all made our wedding day the most amazing day that we will cherish for years to come. We fell in love with this venue the second we stepped through the door! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day at Owen House! Not only did we have the most amazing weather for an end of October wedding, but Vanessa, Kris & the team were simply incredible. From start to finish the day was just perfect, we had so many compliments on how good the venue was and how it’s completely different to anything they’ve seen before. Our guests loved trying to get pictures with the planes flying over! Communication leading up to the venue was great, any concerns or queries would be answered as soon as possible. What a venue! We knew on stepping in that Owen house was the venue for us. We had visited a number of barns but non of them had what Owen house has. We met Kris who showed us around the barn and went on to be our wedding coordinator, she was with us every step of the way and was an absolute god send, the day ran smoothly anything that cropped up Kris was all over it and it was resolved without any stress (and before I was even aware)! The rest of the staff team were incredible on the day, so friendly and helpful. The barn speaks for itself, it’s absolutely stunning, there isn’t a thing that hasn’t been considered. The photos .. WOW. The accommodation at Owen house is so cool and modern all our guests had a lovely stay on site. We couldn’t recommend this venue more and would make the same decision again in a heartbeat! Thanks to everybody at Owen house!

Our wedding was planned throughout covid as we got engaged the day before the national lockdown so we knew wedding planning wasn’t going to be straight forward in the early stages with all of the restrictions! We met with Charlotte who supported us through the wedding planning process, she arranged venue viewings and gave recommendations for reliable suppliers and made contact with them on our behalf (and they were all absolutely brilliant!!!). As well as offering her advice when it came to venue decoration and flowers - something we had no idea about and really appreciated the guidance . Charlotte co-ordinated the running order of the day and communicated amongst suppliers. On the day, it ran so smoothly, Charlotte worked in the background to ensure everything was in order so we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the lead up, people would tell us that wedding planning is extremely stressful, however we didn’t feel any of that and we’re so relaxed, thanks to Charlotte!

We initially contacted Charlotte a couple of years ago to plan our wedding. She was brilliant from the get go - extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The pandemic hit and we had to re arrange our wedding. Charlotte went over and beyond to sort this for us. It was an extremely stressful time and Charlotte made everything so easy for us. I found Charlotte through instagram and since the first initial phone call I knew she was the perfect wedding planner! Having to rearrange the wedding due to the pandemic, Charlotte made the whole process so stress free and went over & beyond to sort this for us. Hiring Charlotte Elise Wedding & Events was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Charlotte helped with the sourcing and booking of suppliers and it was amazing to have access to her knowledge. Once booked she handled the venue and all suppliers brilliantly taking all the stresses of us. On the run up to our wedding day she ensured they all knew timings and answered any questions, she also made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (even ordering some items for us!) On our wedding day Charlotte coordinated everyone (caterers, band, production etc) and helped with the setting up. Knowing Charlotte was there meant that we didn't have to worry once and looking back it was essential in helping us enjoy our wedding day. Afterwards many of our guests commented on how well the day flowed and it was great to hear what an amazing time our friends and family had. Firstly I want to start off with a massive thank you to the Rose Mist team for really and truly pulling this one out the hat. I was meant to have a big celebration for my wedding day but due to covid I had to cancel everything two weeks before it. I had to cancel everything. I was so gutted!! After a few weeks our families decided to go ahead anyway and to do a very intimate nikkah with just family. This was planned very last minute and the Rosemist team stepped in they just took the stress right out of my hands. I wasn't too keen on the venue we manage to find at first, as it was nothing compared to my original one but she completely transformed the place. It was perfect! Better than I had imagined it! It's now actually one of my favourite small venues because of them!! She understood exactly what I wanted, she drew out everything in front of me, explained everything in detail, explained what would compliment me and my outfit. We just bounced off each others idea's and it was honestly then that I started getting excited again for my big day. She completely transformed the place. It looked perfect, when I seen it I was shocked at how different the place looked! I could not recommend Rose Mist enough!! No matter what the occasion is they can do it!! I hired Dina at Rose Mist for my sisters last minute garden wedding and she produced the most stunning set up in such a short and stressful time. Her work was beyond amazing! This month marks my 4 year wedding anniversary, and I’ve been reflecting on that special day. A huge part of its magic was thanks to Dina at The Rose Mist. If you're looking for someone creative for your big day, I can't recommend Dina enough. After just one consultation, she completely understood my vision (or lack of one, if I’m honest! I really didn't know the best way to decorate a small space - all I knew was I wanted it 'minimal' and 'elegant'). She asked the right questions, walked me through how it would all come together, and made the process so easy. Dina really knows how to take care of the details that matter to a bride, easing my nerves and making me feel confident that everything would be perfect. My wedding was during COVID, in a small Turkish restaurant with just 15 guests. When I finally saw the space, I was blown away. My family had already told me how beautiful the room looked, but stepping in myself, I was in awe. Dina set up the tables so elegantly, including a special display for me and my husband. She even created a charming corner featuring vintage books and antique items that really captured my personality. The whole space was brought to life with soft fabrics, flowers, candles, and a stunning backdrop for my cake. Four years on, I still fondly remember how much Dina’s heartfelt effort contributed to the magic of that day. Thank you, Dina and the team, for making it so unforgettable. Wow, where to start! We tied the knot last weekend and I can safely say it was the best day of our lives - much of which we owe to Andrea. We began our journey with Andrea back in October 2021 and from the outset we were impressed with her attention to detail and encouraged by her enthusiasm. I had my Mendhi event at Flixton house a couple of days ago (pre-wedding party) . My guest were absolutely pleased with the venue .Flixton house is incredibly clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Their is also a dressing room, where you can get ready, which I absolutely LOVED. (I have attached a picture) I can't begin to comment on how LOVELY Debbie and the girls were and how well my guest were treated . My guest made no exception to continuously tell me how "comfortable they were made to feel" by Debbie and the team, which was a bonus to my party 😘🥰 I can't wait to plan future parties . Just wanted to send a message of thanks for everything that you did for me during the course of my wedding.
