Jordan did a fantastic job completely transforming my front garden and tidying up the back garden. It was great to discuss options and possibilities with him. He is knowledgeable and understood what I wanted as a client as well as thinking creatively about the space. I got Jordan in to clear a large raised bed that was absolutely full of invasive weeds and brambles. He turned up early and spent the day solidly working and by the end the area looked amazing. All the weeds were gone and the soil ready for planting. He also gave me some great advice for what to plant there to keep the weeds at bay. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I’ll definitely be getting him back to help me on the rest of the garden!

Jordan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job landscaping our garden! The garden was completely overgrown and needed a lot of work. They stripped the whole thing back and then landscaped using lawn, stone, bark and some flower beds. We are very pleased with the results and will be using JDK garden services to maintain our garden going forward. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant. Don’t look any further. We found Alistair early last year and we cannot thank him enough for his hard work and, more importantly, his advice. The work we initially required was just to take on some of the difficult manual labour required to stay on top of our medium/large garden. We didn’t think it would be anything more than a one time deal. However, after seeing the benefits, we changed our minds. We’ve had Salford Gardening come to help now five or six times over the past 18 months, doing everything from weeding and general upkeep through to mulching and cutting back tree branches where necessary. Alistair’s worked in all weathers - mild May sunshine, extreme heat in 2022 summer, cold rain in October, frost again in late winter/early spring and never once has he complained about the conditions. My only reluctancy in writing a review like this is you’ll be more organised and take his time before I can book in again in the future 😂 Alister’s always offered great advice and gone above and beyond to share tips. The garden looks better for having Alistair come round and I look forward to seeing how he is able to help us improve upon what we are lucky to have in our garden.

Alistair did a fantastic job tidying up my back garden, cutting the hedge and cutting back overgrown trees, ivy and bramble. Looks brilliant when finished. Everything tidied up, great communication throughout. Will definitely use Alistair again. He is also very knowledgeable.

Alistair and Sebastian got my mum’s garden maintenance ready and have been looking after it since summer, she’s delighted. I asked Alistair if he’d help me remove astroturf and plant trees in my new house. He was upfront with costs and I think he is very competitive. Not only did he complete the job, but his ideas and advice were greatly appreciated. He told me the names of most of my plants even though little to go off. Loved bouncing ideas backwards and forwards. I’ve now got a clear idea what is achievable over the next few months. Alistair I thank you very very much.

Impressed at the level of knowledge and expertise these guys have. And truly appreciate the quality of work done to bring our garden into order, and advise given for follow up, after a combination of weather and busy schedules left it unattended all year. Hedge shaped and even, lawn triple-cut, and beds weeded without removing cultivated plants. Before and after shots provided. Worth every penny and confident to use them regularly in future.

Honest, reliable and efficient from start to finish!! Allan and Dave rewilded my garden, they put in a wildlife pond something I’d wanted for a while, it attracts so much wildlife! The trees and wildflowers they planted are growing well and I can’t wait to enjoy the garden in summer! Allan is very nature conscious, I’m so glad I was able to find the right landscape gardener for the job! Thank you again x

Allan laid a base for a new greenhouse for us. The work has been done to an extremely high standard, it looks very smart indeed and the greenhouse fitters were very impressed with it. We are delighted with it, and how it looks now the greenhouse has been built on it. Allan was always on time, arrived when he said he would start the job, and was meticulous in the standard of the work, leaving the site tidy and finishing when he said he would, even though the work was done in December and the weather wasn’t great. Fantastic job from start to finish. Professional, excellent quality workmanship and end product. Alan battled the awful weather admirably and worked so hard throughout the project. The materials he supplied are top quality and his attention to detail and excellent skills have created a stunning garden landscape. His quotes and final invoice were identical and his valuable regular updates helped us to understand progress, next steps and any details were checked and confirmed. Had our driveway and side of house flags cleaned by Fence Line and just wow! Absolutely amazing results. Did not expect the flags to look so clean when I arrived back home. I have dealt with a number of gardeners in the past and all have delivered quite disappointing results. This one, however, responded immediately to all contacts made to him, came to quote on time and delivered quote promptly and professionally. David listened so well to our thoughts and then came up with great design that looks so good - he and Stef then made it all happen, happily tweaking things as they went to make sure we were happy. I've got nothing but good things to say about working with Dave and Greenvision Garden Design. I had an initial call with Dave and then h came other to see our garden and get a more detailed briefing. He then created 2 designs, we had a further meeting to review and then he created a final design which was a hybrid of his first 2 designs. Right from our first call I felt that Dave totally got what we were trying to achieve with our space. We have a very small back garden and I want to maximise it as a play space for our young daughter but also create a design that was future proofed for a potential extension that we might do, and also for when the various playing paraphernalia (trampoline etc) are no longer wanted. He really came up with some innovative ideas of what we can do and as well as the plan on paper, also created a pinterest board to provide visuals of the various ideas. Dave's just been so easy to work with from start to finish. I can highly recommend using him. I can't wait now to put this all into action and create our new garden.

We initially engaged Greenvision to do some garden designs for us. Dave was personable and really listened to what we wanted as well as suggesting ideas based on his experience. He made the design experience really enjoyable. The result was a garden design we were very happy with. We then appointed Dave and his team to do the landscaping for us and bring the design to life. We couldn't be happier with the result. It has completely transformed the space. Dave was very communicative throughout the project, nothing was too much trouble and the quality of work was top notch. As Damian and his team carried out works 8 years ago in our family garden, making it a sociable and stylish garden to compliment our home , I had no hesitation in approaching The Urban Gardner again (now working with his lovely son Matthew) when I downsized and my daughters had their own home. The Urban Gardner transformed my daughter’s back garden from ‘rubble’ to a place where they can enjoy their outdoor space with low maintenance. The House I moved to had previously had a pond surrounded by wooden decking- the pond had been removed leaving an unsightly space full of mud and rubble. The decking was unsafe. The Urban Gardner gave me a few ideas to transform the space using porcelain non slip tiles whilst incorporating the existing well planted garden and within my budget. Within two weeks I had a beautiful, useable and safe patio area that I can’t wait to use when the weather improves. Weather conditions were the only drawback during the time of work being carried out and the guys turned up every day to do what they could and kept me updated when it was impossible to carry out work in a particular day. I would highly recommend The Urban Gardner and would like to thank Damian and his team for transforming my garden into a stylish more useable space which I’m sure will get lots of use in the summer months. 😊

Damien and his team have done a fabulous job on my patio. It's a small area & Damien came up with some great ideas to make the most of it.
