Fantastic experience with Kelly and Saul end to end. We had a complex issue to resolve relating to surface water flooding in our garden. After checking with multiple companies we agreed that Kelly and Saul’s solution would be the best option. We’ve had a few months testing and the results are amazing! They’ve completely transformed our garden, so cannot thank them enough. Kelly and Saul also go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy with the job, we had an issue (no fault of theirs) afterwards and they came to have a look to help us resolve this. They didn’t have to do that at all. They’re so nice from the offset, pricing is fair and take time to ensure the job is done with the upmost care and quality. Use Lee and his team for regular garden maintenance. They are respectful of my property and make good recommendations. I was quick to book Jo for a garden consultation. My situation was that I wanted to understand my garden more and to be able to do things myself to really make the most of the space and plants. I was totally clueless and had loads of questions/concerns, so a consultation was exactly what I needed. I'd never seen this kind of service offered before, and it sounded perfect. I wasn't interested in having someone come to measure up for decking or paving and show me samples - I needed someone to come and talk to me about the natural aspects of my garden. Jo's initial advice meant we could actually start getting stuck in straight away (we even did a few things under her kind supervision whilst she was still with us). The icing on the cake is that a week later, we had a full report containing links, resources, ideas and guidance so that we could work through it step by step and at our own pace. We've slowly but surely been implementing everything (easier than we actually thought), and it's really making a positive difference to our garden. Jo's honestly turned things around for us - and educated and inspired us along the way! She doesn't just understand your garden - she gets to know your lifestyle, too, and that makes all the difference in what she tailors for your report. Bring on Spring and a host of gardening activities that even our little girl can get stuck in with!!

Jo has done a fantastic job taking care of our gardens for a number of years, she has really good knowledge of plants, garden design & maintenance. Jo has designed & planted beds, replaced plants with more appropriate ones in others and made sure that shrubs are pruned at the right times (whereas I would no doubt have killed them). I'd recommend Jo without hesitation.

Jo visited us to view our garden for potential plans and ideas. She was extremely meticulous, patient and detailed in her questioning of what our needs and wants were. Everything that we could think of was covered. Her consultation report and summary including pictures comfirmed her initial meticulous questioning as the report was full of ideas, points to consider, recommendations with alternative options and safety aspects. A brilliant and highly recommended service.

We would thoroughly recommend Jo Newton Garden Design & Consultancy. Jo came during some awful weather last year to measure up and really listened to what we wanted. She designed a beautiful cottage garden and her recommended plants came with information about how they would grow and where we could buy them from. Following work by a landscape company, we had the pleasure of sourcing and planting up the garden. Jo had encouraged me to save many of the plants from the old garden before it was cleared so we had many of our original plants to plant back in, giving a feeling of continuity and saving on the cost.
