We asked Phil to come to help us to tidy up the garden in our new house ready for autumn. When we first contacted, he came with short notice to take a look at the garden and advise us on what to do and had some useful advice about some of the weeds that we had, as well as general lawn care advice - and not long after came to sort the place out! Can’t fault his work, he cut back some very overgrown hedges and shrubs and cleared all of the cuttings and debris from our garden quickly and efficiently. To top it off he is extremely friendly and a pleasure to have in our garden - if you’re thinking about asking someone to help to sort your garden out don’t hesitate to contact him! We would absolutely recommend him and will definitely be in contact again when we need anything else doing.

Our large garden was in need of sorting out and Phil did a great job getting it back into shape and keeping on top of it afterwards. He’s a really nice guy and enjoyable company. He knows his stuff, is well equipped and we can thoroughly recommend.

Extremely happy with this business, after searching for a gardener who was reliable, good at what they did and on time (a lot aren’t, from experience). I came across this business from a recommendation. Great value for money for garden maintenance, the garden looks great all year round. Always on time and when they say they will be there they are. Knowledgeable guy about plants, the lawn and other aspects of the garden, who has sourced many things for the garden for me, even when they were hard to find due to Covid and delays. 100 percent recommended to anyone who wants maintenance done in the Salford / Manchester area.

Had our driveway and side of house flags cleaned by Fence Line and just wow! Absolutely amazing results. Did not expect the flags to look so clean when I arrived back home. Jordan did a fantastic job completely transforming my front garden and tidying up the back garden. It was great to discuss options and possibilities with him. He is knowledgeable and understood what I wanted as a client as well as thinking creatively about the space. Jordan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job landscaping our garden! The garden was completely overgrown and needed a lot of work. They stripped the whole thing back and then landscaped using lawn, stone, bark and some flower beds. We are very pleased with the results and will be using JDK garden services to maintain our garden going forward. Would definitely recommend!

I got Jordan in to clear a large raised bed that was absolutely full of invasive weeds and brambles. He turned up early and spent the day solidly working and by the end the area looked amazing. All the weeds were gone and the soil ready for planting. He also gave me some great advice for what to plant there to keep the weeds at bay. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I’ll definitely be getting him back to help me on the rest of the garden!

Very friendly and helpful service for good price. Impressed at the level of knowledge and expertise these guys have. And truly appreciate the quality of work done to bring our garden into order, and advise given for follow up, after a combination of weather and busy schedules left it unattended all year. Hedge shaped and even, lawn triple-cut, and beds weeded without removing cultivated plants. Before and after shots provided. Worth every penny and confident to use them regularly in future.

Alistair did a fantastic job tidying up my back garden, cutting the hedge and cutting back overgrown trees, ivy and bramble. Looks brilliant when finished. Everything tidied up, great communication throughout. Will definitely use Alistair again. He is also very knowledgeable.

Alistair and Sebastian got my mum’s garden maintenance ready and have been looking after it since summer, she’s delighted. I asked Alistair if he’d help me remove astroturf and plant trees in my new house. He was upfront with costs and I think he is very competitive. Not only did he complete the job, but his ideas and advice were greatly appreciated. He told me the names of most of my plants even though little to go off. Loved bouncing ideas backwards and forwards. I’ve now got a clear idea what is achievable over the next few months. Alistair I thank you very very much.

Brilliant. Don’t look any further. We found Alistair early last year and we cannot thank him enough for his hard work and, more importantly, his advice. The work we initially required was just to take on some of the difficult manual labour required to stay on top of our medium/large garden. We didn’t think it would be anything more than a one time deal. However, after seeing the benefits, we changed our minds. We’ve had Salford Gardening come to help now five or six times over the past 18 months, doing everything from weeding and general upkeep through to mulching and cutting back tree branches where necessary. Alistair’s worked in all weathers - mild May sunshine, extreme heat in 2022 summer, cold rain in October, frost again in late winter/early spring and never once has he complained about the conditions. My only reluctancy in writing a review like this is you’ll be more organised and take his time before I can book in again in the future 😂 Alister’s always offered great advice and gone above and beyond to share tips. The garden looks better for having Alistair come round and I look forward to seeing how he is able to help us improve upon what we are lucky to have in our garden.

Absolutely incredible work on the back and front garden. The garden was in a pretty bad way and near impossible to get through with my tools due to the continuous bad weather. My back garden was in a dire condition and needed a complete make over. Due to a Medical condition, I was unable to do the work myself .Kris' and Bradley have lifted over 70 concrete flags and levelled the ground,then extended the garden and relaid the patio.They built steps and cut all the edge flags to fit the shape of the garden. They erected new fencing and fitted a new gate,even cutting the flags to fit around the fenceposts.A top class job,and a reasaonable price.We have booked them to return to carry out further work.We would recommend Spruce Landscapes without hesitation..Well done lads..:) :).

Searching my area for quality topsoil was a bit hit and miss, with varying prices (some were extortionate). I came across Scott’s Landscape Supplies and gave them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, as I was fortunate enough to obtain next day delivery. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, both over the phone and in person on delivery. The delivery tracking service was great. Very accurate and easy to use. A nice touch. The product was of very good quality and was Very reasonably priced. I will certainly use Scott’s Landscape Supplies in the future. They are now my ‘go to’ supplier and I cannot recommend highly enough. If I could, I would’ve given much more than 5 Stars!

Brilliant service in all areas. We’ve been using Scott’s since they’ve opened and they have always been faultless. Sam and team go above and beyond anyone else. Enquiries are always addressed quickly, delivery is prompt and the delivery tracker facility is really helpful. All materials are superb quality and reasonably priced. The new rapid delivery feature is also great.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Scott's, when purchasing porcelain paving and related supplies. We visited their unit multiple times and Sam was always extremely helpful and their selection of paving is great and Sam was always happy to lay it out for you so you could see it in the light. They also communicated clearly at all times regarding delivery and Sam was really helpful using his insight from working on the job to help us understand what we needed. I couldn't recommend Scott's more highly 👍

Very reliable, very hard working. Mark maintains our garden beautifully and today has done an absolutely amazing job of jet washing our outside paving. He has worked really hard and it's a wonderful result. Jonathan, the boss , communicates really well too. I highly recommend this company.

The trees and wildflowers they planted are growing well and I can’t wait to enjoy the garden in summer! The materials he supplied are top quality and his attention to detail and excellent skills have created a stunning garden landscape. His quotes and final invoice were identical and his valuable regular updates helped us to understand progress, next steps and any details were checked and confirmed.
