I'm so glad I picked Adam and Chris of Urban Roots to do my landscaping job. Originally I'd chosen another company and before we even started it became clear it was going to be a nightmare working with them, so I switched to Adam. All the way through he was a clear communicator, happy to collaborate, taking care with the detail. The standard of work is absolutely excellent, and it has definitely added value to my house. I felt reassured all the way through that I'd picked the right company for the job. Absolutely delighted with the end results and would recommend without hesitation.

Adam and Kyle worked closely with us from the beginning to plan and bring our vision to life. All the while they gave us great advice from their years of experience, which we really appreciated , having never done this before. We started with a sloping, weed covered square space in our new house and we really felt like the team took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and delivered on time, even accounting for some poor weather. They were friendly, professional, hard working and kept us up to date on plans and next steps throughout. Since they were here, I have been recommending them to anyone looking for local garden design, landscaping and maintenance.

Adam and his team have just completed a garden transformation for us, it involved new Indian stone patio edged with cobble stones, a decked area at the end of the garden with bespoke built pergola, decking lighting, path lights and spotlight for Acer tree. The decking area is reached by stepping stones, and an area edged with raised sleeper beds, with decorative granite gravel and a big feature acer tree. The whole garden is now an extension to our house and somewhere we love to spend time in, we are so happy with how it has turned out. Adam and his team work very hard and to a high standard, the garden design evolved as it went along and the end effect is stunning, i would highly recommend Urban Roots Gardens.

We asked High Peak Landscapes to relay and extend our patio. Lawrence and Jordan did an excellent job with good attention to detail and good craftmanship. They were a pleasure to have working on site. We have no hesitation on recommending them or using them for further work.

Lawrence and Jordan did a fantastic job on our new patio. We set them a tricky challenge as the garden slopes but they produced an impressive looking patio, with great attention to detail, at a competitive price. Will definitely use them again.

We highly recommend Creative Landscapes and Gardens. We had a makeover for the rear garden including new seating areas, and a refresh of the front door step and a new driveway. David produced the initial sketch plans before we placed the order and then Simon produced the detailed plans before the work started. Tom and Matthew did the majority of the work with cover and help from Chris and others when needed. Their attention to detail, work ethic and pride in their work was fantastic and we are very pleased with the results. They consulted on minor details and any changes as the work went along, and were keen to ensure that we were happy with the results. We even had one neighbour comment how polite our workmen were! They have also been happy to follow up for any minor defects as the lawn settled in. We would certainly use them again in the future.

From our first meeting with David and Simon through to the completion of our new Millboard garden deck the design and installation services received from the Creative Gardens team was excellent and thoroughly professional. Their workmanship and attention to detail whilst preparing the ground and installing the decking, together with the care taken to mimimise disruption and protect the garden, were admirable, particularly as the weather wasn’t the kindest throughout the build period. Communication was good from start to finish. We are delighted with the outcome and certainly won’t miss the maintenance regime of our old decking!

Creative Gardens and Driveways came in to lay a new lawn at my property. Tom and his team were exceptional, there punchuality, work ethic and getting the job done to a very, very high standard. I cannot praise them enough, they turned up on time and put in a full day's hard work. We recently had our old (very old) concrete patio replaced with Indian sandstone. Our experience with Creative Gardens and Driveways exceeded expectations. From our initial discussions with David, through to the completion of the work by Nick, Will and Chris, we were impressed by the professionalism and consideration shown by all members of the team. A huge amount of work and material went into the job: the result is just beautiful. After several weeks we still can’t believe the transformation to our garden. Small details, like sleepers and gravel beds and new drain covers just finished it off nicely. Even delivery of about a tonne of topsoil to fill in a ‘dip’ in the lawn didn’t phase any of us! Highly recommend Rob and his team at RAF Landscapes after they carried out a full redesign of our back garden. The sloping mudbath and cracked patio has been replaced with beautiful composite decking, new fencing, artificial turf and India Stone patio areas - it looks fantastic. I needed to get the garden re-turfed quickly, and luckily Rob and his team were able to squeeze in the job in the timeframe that I had available. They overcame a couple of sticking points with good communication, got on with the job and gave good advice about care of the lawn and the first few cuts.

We decided to go with RAF Landscapes after reading the nice reviews they had. I am happy to say that was the best decision we could take and that they are everything the reviews mention and more. We wanted to install a garden fence but the position was a bit awkward and the team needed to work around a corner and a drain. They delivered far beyond our expectation! Also bonus points for how clean they've left the site afterward. I would highly recommend Rob and his team and will gladly choose them again in the future!

Rob was recommended to us by a colleague from work who had recently had his garden renovated. We wanted a ‘no maintenance garden’ that as a family we could enjoy all year round. We went to several landscapers for quotes and we were immediately impressed with Rob’s ideas and professionalism. We were quite pedantic as clients and added a lot of variations along the way which Rob took in his stride. The project was new fence panels and concrete posts, large decked area, astroturf, retaining wall, steps and porcelain tiles. Dean is one of the few tradespeople we have dealt with that absolutely does what he says, prices things properly and transparently without moving the goalposts, works hard and is generally just a down to earth and honest guy. He's done plenty of landscaping work for us, helped us put other people's mess right at short notice and also undertaken bigger projects from scratch, and each time we couldn't fault him. There will always be a brew on at ours whenever he is passing, top bloke and top service 👍

We have just had N B Landscapes complete a huge garden transformation in our sons garden and I have to say that the workmanship was of the highest order and I would have no hesitation in recommending N B Landscapes to anyone looking to landscape their garden. They totally transformed a garden space that was not being used because it had been left to ruin, into a totally useable space that my sons family will now use as outdoor living space. Loved working with Martin and his team from start to finish. Rare to get honest, professional and hardworking tradespeople but he was great. We had our garden completely relandscaped including large trees and patios being removed, new drainage system under new turf and new decking area. Martin came in with a very fair price and was true to it. He communicated with me throughout. The finish was exceptional, their attention to detail was beyond my expectation and went the extra mile to make things perfect for us. Every angle cut was perfect, every line was straight. We shared our opinions and ideas to what would look best, included his teams expertise as well. Our job had to be done by hand as we couldn't fit machinery round the back, the team broke their backs with spades and wheelbarrows. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Sean worked wonders in our garden. He skillfully transformed the space by adding a gorgeous patio. He integrated York stone slabs with used reclaim cobble setts to create steps and a gorgeous patio edge. He also expertly removed a holly tree that was unfortunately destabilising our wall. We found the whole experience of using Blue Sky Gardens to landscape our back garden excellent from start to finish. Sean, Lewis and Charlie were great. We needed a redundant space at the front converting into a parking area and the rotten sleeper steps at the back replacing with something safer and more attractive. Really pleased with the results. Everyone was polite and considerate. Clear and transparent quotes and always responsive to any questions. Worth getting an extra bag of sugar in as they like their hot drinks sweet! Would highly recommend and will use again.

Ashgrove Gardens has just completed a large project at our home, including a new driveway, patio and pergola, as well as numerous other jobs, and we are completely delighted with the results. Colin (the owner) is a consummate professional with a very impressive range of landscaping/design talent and skill. He is an extremely hard worker and is meticulous while going about his work - no tools left strewn about or piles of rubbish to trip over and always making sure everything is tidy, safe and secure before leaving at the end of the day. Colin is also a genuinely lovely guy - it’s been an absolute pleasure having him work at our home and we couldn’t recommend him more highly.
