My beautiful earth angel Chester stepped onto the rainbow bridge . His journey from puppy to adulthood has been supported by this wonderful Vetinary practice receptionist nurses and doctors . Thank you from the bottom. of my heart for the care shown at all times. Difficult conversations were had and as he stepped over they were compassionate and sensitive to Chester and myself . He has returned home in a beautiful box and lives on in spirit with his forever family. Anyone who has a fur baby that needs to step into the rainbow bridge if you can hold them in your arms and shed your tears for a forever connection xx

This is the 3rd vets I've been to with my young dog because the others were either outdated or too expensive. Walker Green seem to be up to date with their practices and are very welcoming when I bring my dog. They also are not pushy like some other vets can be regarding extra services they offer. Happy to have found a vets I want to stay with.

We have been using Hunts from the day our dog arrived as a tiny puppy over 6 years ago. He loves going to see the vet and gets excellent care and a guaranteed warm welcome. I would not want to change.

Lovely vets very friendly and good with molly and dog. If you dog gets abit frightened an the vets would recommend here. Very good at putting my dog a ease, nice with the grandson too 🤣

As soon I stepped through the front door, my puppy and I was welcomed with a big smile and Ozzy was made a fuss of. This helped him feel relaxed in a place which is usually a high stress environment for dogs. He has in for his 1st visit to get his vacations and microchip. The vet gave him a thorough check over and supplied him with treats along the way. Thank you for taking good care of Ozzy and I.

Was superb when it really was Hunts, but now it is part of a big group. Unfortunately that means higher prices, poorer service and silly bureaucracy. Shame the world going this direction. Update Oct23. The Cheadle Hulme mini practice remains excellent and their monthly dog plan is good value. After some silliness in covid v pleased to see its return to a well run vets

After recommendation to come to Albany, we could'nt be happier, our jack, Rosie, see's Jim(vet) and has built up a trust with her, in fact due to Jim's very quick referral to the eye vet, they were able to save her sight, very professional, he did'nt dilly dally saying try this try that, he gave me good clear opinion and choice, gladly recommend, please please please, get insurance, eye surgery is not cheap, thank you Jim and Albany.

Great vets, friendly staff and reasonable prices

We took our chihuahua Miguel here as he had been quite unwell. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were really quick to be seen and diagnosed, and our dog was kept in for 2 days on a drip. We were so worried about him but our vet Angelika was so good with him and we could tell he was being well looked after. Best vet I’ve been too.

I must say that our experience with Vets4Pets has been quite wonderful. We took our boy Jarvis the cat there for three separate medical conditions over a short space of time and the care he received was first class. He received the very best veterinary care and whole process was wonderful and heartwarming. I also want to thank the staff working reception. They are warm and friendly and it really helped us to cope at a fraught and terribly worrying time. You’re all incredibly wonderful at what you do. Keep up the good work and thank you so very much!!!!

We went to here with our dog as she wasn't eating. We seen Angelica the vet who was wonderful with our little dog gave our dog a injection and medication. Could see our dog liked her. This isn't the first time here with our dog over the years would highly recommend this place for your dog so caring people here and they want the best for your pet.

Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

Simon and the team are so lovely. Matilda, mani, butchy have all been at this vets from day dot. My first boxer was also under Simon great vets ❤️❤️❤️

I have great confidence in Jim Shaw who has been looking after the veterinary needs of our Tibetan Terrier, Betty for the past 4.5 years. I would highly recommend this practice.

We have been with Brook Vets for many years and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced service. I can't thank Jim Shaw enough for being there for our cat (Squidge). Been using Brooks vets for 16yrs and always been very happy with them, the staff are lovely and Jim the vet is very professional. I recently had to have my beloved dog put to sleep after 17yrs Jim and his staff were amazing at a difficult time

We've been taking our cats to Jim for about 15 years and every trip has been great. They take the time to talk to you about your pet and discuss options. Colin (cat) is very anxious and I think has tried to bite staff due to pain from a bite, but they are always very calm and patient with him. Colin is a very good judge of character. The only issue is accessibility as a wheelchair user, but staff come down to collect the cats from the car park for me.

Recently moved my pooch from a different vet and what a difference...super clean inside, friendly and welcoming staff. My dog was spayed there today and I felt the communication has been great and she has been well looked after. The signed Get Well Soon card was a lovely touch! Feel like we've found the vets for us. Thank you!

Saw us to vaccinate & microchip our new kitten. Very friendly & professional service. Gave us good advice, was lovely with our cat, and gave us a free bag of food for the little kitten. Very good prices too. Will definitely be going forwards with this vet in the future.

Since joining Harrison’s Family vets we could not be more thrilled ‘all round’, such a friendly and knowledgeable team from Reception to Vet always happy to see you and our two dogs are very warmly welcomed with lots of fuss. Nothing is too much trouble and the nature of the clinic waiting room is so good to keep the animals separated to ensure they remain as calm as possible. Liz on the Reception Team is very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely loves seeing the dogs that visit the clinic, she has a lovely smiley face and lots of time to pat and fuss our 2 Labrador’s Hector & our puppy Belle. It is such a welcoming and lovely clean environment and I always leave reassured that our dogs have had the best care & attention, BIG thanks Didsbury Team you are great! 🐾

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

At that saddest time with our pet. All the staff were so sensitive and kind and made the moment so peaceful. As they were through his life. Thank you.

Really pleased with the treatment my cat Ares received yesterday. He needed his booster and flea/worming and the vet we saw (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely kind and gentle with him. She was patient with me too and checked him over when I mentioned a couple of other things I was concerned with. Cost of treatment seems reasonable to previous vets we've visited. The lady on reception was really friendly too. Parking round the rear of the building. Lastly, they have a candle in the reception which is lit if an owner is having having an appointment to have their pet put to sleep, and request soft voices and respect if this is the case. I've never seen this before in vets and thought it was a lovely idea.

I can't recommend Torkington Vets enough. They are a lovely team! Andy is so patient, knowledgeable and understanding and they all treat my Mal with such care. She even looks happy to go in to see them all. The veterinary nurses (she actually let one lovely angel trim her nails!!!) and reception staff are all absolutely lovely and very professional. Suka is happy and relaxed there and I trust them completely. Thank you to Andy for helping my previously skittish girlie to relax and allow them to give her the support and care that she needs.

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.
