Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

Wow what a vets! From the friendly reception staff to the incredible vets I'm so glad I transferred my pets over. Rebecca was a lovely friendly vet she booked my dog in for sedation and minor surgery. James then treated my dog under sedation the next day and I have never ever had such a top quality service from a vet like that who explained everything and was so patient with me. Thank you so much! My cat who is nervous unfortunately had to have some dental procedures done, we received detailed information, explanation and quotation for the procedures and the team were brilliant with her. She came home with her meds and with a bravery certificate and stickers 😆. The reception team are brilliant even when it's particularly busy and they're under pressure. We also received a reassurance call on the day as to how cat was doing and what time to collect her. The discharge appointment was thorough and we were given full aftercare instructions. Thanks for all your help.

The staff at Briar Dawn are truly amazing. The receptionists are beyond lovely; they always make you feel welcome and make a fuss of your loved ones. I visited regularly with my dog Star, and I truly believe the staff who knew her cared for her just as much as I did; they were always so amazing with her. Our vet, who saw Star regularly, would always ask how my rabbits were getting along, which shows what a caring and special person she truly is ❤️When the time came to say goodbye to Star, she gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and I feel so fortunate that we were able to have a positive experience during such a difficult time. Thank you for the amazing work you all do at Briar Dawn.

Amazing experience - after struggling with our last vets we came in for our cat to get her claws trimmed and the nurse ( completely forgot her name so sorry) was incredible. Patient and listened to our worries and our little scruffy cat is all better now.

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

Fantastic surgery, my partner took our beloved boy Percy here yesterday for an emergency visit due to a hole in his chest area, from the moment they walked in they were greeted by a lovely women on reception who automatically made them feel safe and secure, and the vet was fantastic, we were really scared that yesterday was going to be Percy’s last day but it wasn’t and that is thanks to the amazing team here at Wendy’s vets Heywood, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly / caring vets please use Wendy’s as it seems to be one off very few who care about the animals from The moment you walk in so thank you again we appreciate everything you did 🙏

I just want to say a big thank you to the veterinary nurse Rebecca this morning. She was lovely towards me and my cat. She made me feel at ease because I get so worked up because my cat doesn’t like going and getting her treatments. Another big thank you to all the staff, you all do a great job! My dogs have been going to Ashton since puppies and are now 8. We have found the team at Ashton to be caring, friendly and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We have received help and advice when needed. We have just gone through a trauma with one of our dogs and Ashton took the stress away of dealing with paperwork, so we could concentrate on the recovery of our furbaby.

The only vets we've ever been with for all our pets past and present, no need to go elsewhere as this vet practice goes above and beyond be it advice or treatment. Loren is an amazing vet and as an owner of a nervous dog she's very understanding and gives great advice! Diarmuid is another vet that's always dealt with our pets he's very understanding and caters to the animals needs he was brilliant with our dog when he was in the late stages of an illness. Always at the end of the phone if needed, amazing surgery would highly reccomend 😀

We came to this vets today after we’d noticed something wasn’t right with a cat we’d adopted. I can honestly say the staff were amazing. Today has been so difficult and life feels pretty cruel to have lost her this soon but the staff here went above and beyond. From the reception staff who were chatty and comforting whilst waiting to be seen, to the vet who looked after our little Luna and was so caring and understanding and also the vet nurse who took her paw prints and fur clippings. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you did today. I’m so pleased Luna was cared for by such lovely people.

Very friendly and reliable service. Went in to book my kitten in and received an appointment the day after. Was kept up to date with a text to confirm appointment. Friendly welcome on the day and lovely vet who tended to my kittens first vaccination and flea treatment. Excellent service.

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

As always with any vets, you need a 2nd mortgage but if needs must then this is the place to go. Really nice family friendly vets and looked after my frenchie every time we have gone. Customer service is quality

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.
