We've used Armac for over 30 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Gus and his team are amazing, our boy has had two cruciate operations and is now on permanent medication for heart failure, we will always be grateful for their dedication and care of cookie.

A lovely warm, friendly, caring atmosphere. All the staff are totally customer focused and very caring. My cat is never anxious about going to the vet. The best by far! My cat who is nervous unfortunately had to have some dental procedures done, we received detailed information, explanation and quotation for the procedures and the team were brilliant with her. She came home with her meds and with a bravery certificate and stickers 😆. The reception team are brilliant even when it's particularly busy and they're under pressure. We also received a reassurance call on the day as to how cat was doing and what time to collect her. The discharge appointment was thorough and we were given full aftercare instructions. Thanks for all your help.

Wow what a vets! From the friendly reception staff to the incredible vets I'm so glad I transferred my pets over. Rebecca was a lovely friendly vet she booked my dog in for sedation and minor surgery. James then treated my dog under sedation the next day and I have never ever had such a top quality service from a vet like that who explained everything and was so patient with me. Thank you so much! The staff at Briar Dawn are truly amazing. The receptionists are beyond lovely; they always make you feel welcome and make a fuss of your loved ones. I visited regularly with my dog Star, and I truly believe the staff who knew her cared for her just as much as I did; they were always so amazing with her. Our vet, who saw Star regularly, would always ask how my rabbits were getting along, which shows what a caring and special person she truly is ❤️When the time came to say goodbye to Star, she gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and I feel so fortunate that we were able to have a positive experience during such a difficult time. Thank you for the amazing work you all do at Briar Dawn.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.
