I can’t thank vets4pets Bury enough for their care of my dog. We live out of area and are clients of vets4pets in Barnsley. My dog has a complicated condition needing weekly blood tests and medication monitoring at the time and we may have had to cancel going away, my daughter offered to look after her but lives 60 mile away near Ainsworth. Bury vets4pets very kindly agreed to care for her and liaise results with Barnsley while we were away. Thank you so much for all your help and care, and a huge thank you from Sasha

A 5 star experience of this place. The staff especially Chris have been amazing having cared for our dog for a period of time right up until the end of her life today. I can’t thank them all enough for the kindness and compassion especially Chris. We will always remember their kindness

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

My elderly labrador ‘Jacob’ has been under the care of the incredible team at Valley vetcare for over 12 months now. I feel very privileged to have their support. Jacob had ?melanoma removed from his cheek earlier this year. Vince went above and beyond to ensure the whole tumour was removed to give Jacob his best possible chance to beat this disease. His surgical wound was so neat and professional. I had every faith that my boy was in the best possible hands. Each vet we have seen since have been kind and empathetic to both myself and my boy. Always approachable very competent. There is a very pleasant, clean and friendly environment in the waiting room. There are Informative display boards appropriate to seasonal and relevant topics regarding pet care to look at whilst waiting. The practice in general seems to run in a very well organised way. Staff appear happy in their roles and very pleasant and efficient when dealing with the clients. Jacob is always sure to get a fuss whenever the staff get an opportunity, he actually loves his visits! Thankyou to all the team! You do a fabulous job Caroline Eastwood

Valley vet care have been amazing with both my dogs! My oldest dog has been coming to valley vet care since I got him almost 11 years ago. The vets are amazing with them both and when Bruno was unwell as a pup they help us get him back to the prefect crazy pup he is!! Receptionist are wonderful and always remember Buddy as soon as I mention his name or bring him in! Thank you all so much!

Exceptional service, very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help me. I was struggling with a pram and a cat carrier from the car and the staff member helped me carry my cat to and from the car. The care for my cat (Mao) was second to none and it is apparent that all the staff and vets are passionate and care for the pets that come in. Everything went smoothly and treatment for my cats injury was excellent. I rang for an appointment and was offered same day. Thanks

Fantastic surgery, my partner took our beloved boy Percy here yesterday for an emergency visit due to a hole in his chest area, from the moment they walked in they were greeted by a lovely women on reception who automatically made them feel safe and secure, and the vet was fantastic, we were really scared that yesterday was going to be Percy’s last day but it wasn’t and that is thanks to the amazing team here at Wendy’s vets Heywood, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly / caring vets please use Wendy’s as it seems to be one off very few who care about the animals from The moment you walk in so thank you again we appreciate everything you did 🙏

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. There can be 'NO' doubt that this is the best vets in the world. The way that the entire team help and assist you, is nothing short of professional and personal. We sadly had to let one of our dogs pass last week and today we received a card through the post from them, expressing their condolences, also containing a lovely poem. Very happy with the service my cats receive here! I've been visiting the clinic for five years and the staff are wonderful. Whenever my cats have been unwell I have always been able to get them the treatment they need quickly and I'm always informed of further tests/treatments that can be done if things don't improve. I get the impression that they care very much about the pets they treat and that they will try everything to get the best outcome. I feel reassured trusting them with my cats health as they have a great understanding of how to properly care for exotic/persian cats. Thank you so much for all of your hard work :)

We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

I am so pleased with every part of service and care from Yew Tree Vets. Having only ever been in and out for immunisations in the past, i have just endured frequent visits over the past 9 weeks receiving treatment for an ocular tear with my dog Louie. Me and louie received excellent care and advice. They were also lenient and supportive when i was worried about deterioration finding me a same day appointment and were very empathetic. I would absolutely recommend this vets to anyone! See pictures for Louies healthy recovery ❤️‍🩹

Staff were lovely, vet was kind and helpful, price was reasonable; can't ask for more. Best of all my poor cat who had fleas is on the mend, only a few days after taking the pill and cleansing the flat. Can't be happier!

I absolutely love this veterinary practice, the team are lovely. It's always a pleasure taking my little Bonnie Bean in for her GHC & vacs every year, they have a great "healthy pet club" which helps split the costs over a year, and includes things like nail clips and rearguard, and even a free bag of hay or pellets.

We have only used Pennine vets, at Tottington, over the last couple of weeks, for our cats, but We’ve been very impressed with the service we have received. Our cats have needed routine check ups and emergency treatment for one of them, during this short period, and can’t fault the professionalism, care, understanding and efficiency of all the staff, including the receptionists, nurses and the Vets. I don’t tend to leave reviews often, but when it’s deserved, I feel it’s right that you tell others of your experience. In short, we highly recommend Pennine Vets, due to the very positive experience we’ve had with them recently.

I have now visited Armac a couple of times and can confidently say that the service I have received has been nothing but superb. From the receptionists, to the nurses, vets and everyone else, my kitten Gizmo and I are always warmly welcomed and looked after. I know that Gizmo is always in safe and capable hands during each visit to Armac and he is always put at ease. I can say, and have seen, that the care provided to Gizmo has been genuine and authentic, and everyone involved loves and takes pride in their jobs. The staff here are just wonderful, I had to put my cat to sleep so suddenly last week and there’s been nothing but compassion for us. I am devastated. We needed help last Friday am the 23/12/24. Our beloved Chihuahua Mable got into difficulties in the early hours whilst in labour and passing only one puppy collapsed. We contacted Armac and arranged to bring her in at 4 am, she was very poorly and her bloods were not very good we were told they would do their utmost to help help her. We left her with Zoe and her team and were contacted at 7.30am to say after medication and intravenous fluids Mable had a natural birth and 6 pups were doing fine Thanks very very much to you all 😎

Armac have been amazing with my French Bulldog cross. Staff are always very helpful, from booking in to treatment, aftercare and leaving. Winnie is well cared for on our vet visits and everyone makes a fuss of her. I've used Armac for 4 years and would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended vets.

Tony (Antonios - AKA the dog whisperer) was absolutely fantastic. Our previous vets were scared of our dog as he was extremely fearful and reactive at the vets. Today was our first time at Armac and Tony took the time needed to get to know our dog and help him feel more at ease, he even sat on the floor with him to pet him and give him some treats. He was able to resolve an issue everyone else was too scared to do, all in our first visit!! I can’t thank Tony and the team at Armac enough, you were fantastic.
