Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. JJK Roofing Services was my fourth attempt to get a roofing company around to fix a leak in my lead valley. John answered his phone straight away, arranged to view the roof for a quote and sent back the quote without delay. He arrived to do the work a few days later as agreed and completed the work at a very competitive price. He took pictures of the roof before and after to reassure me the work had been done. He was respectful of my property and did not leave any mess for me to tidy up after he had left. I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Professional, Friendly and Fast. Had some damage in storm Eowyn that made my roof unsafe. BRR turned up within 15 minutes and made it safe. I had put some funds away for a needed new roof and after hearing a quote I signed up. The work was done quickly and to a fantastic standard. I would gladly recommend BRR to anyone.

Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). Everything was explained clearly and relevant quotes / invoices sent over as promised and in a timely manner. James was happy to answer any questions and queries I had. I had been recommended to try this company for replacing gutters, soffets and facias. James visited my property to assess the work involved, quoted the price which was followed up by a written quote explaining all the work involved. Once I had decided to go ahead with them they were efficient in getting scaffolding up and the following day work began. The team of guys worked hard through the day and completed almost the whole job, they returned the following morning to finish off and complete the job to my satisfaction. It was also inspected by the team with me to ensure standards had been achieved. I am happy to recommend this company, and I'll have them back on a later date for some other jobs I want done

Work was being done at my neighbours house and the loose flashing was seen and mentioned to me. I also noticed that the verge was missing and asked for this to be fixed. Job done quickly, professionally and very reasonable cost. Very happy with both jobs and would highly recommend

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank to anyone who needs work doing roofwise. He's just done a job on my roof putting ventilation into tiles that are no longer manufactured. He's gone over and above expectations by resolving the problem rather than saying it couldn't be done!!! He did the job from start to finish in less than a week, including the problem solving and making the roof watertight whilst the tiles were being adapted and refired. I'm delighted with the work he's done and will use him again for any future roofing work. In my opinion he doesn't overcharge and he does a proper job rather than a make-do one.

Recently bought a house and we’re ‘enjoying’ all the quirks of home owning. A few weeks ago, we had a leak on our flat roof.
