Had KH Roofing in last year to patch the roof, and was pleased with their work so had no hesitation in calling them again for a full re-roof. They gave a very reasonable quote and started work within 2/3 weeks. Great bunch of lads, considerate and hard-working, they'd finished the job in under 3 days and sent me photos of the completed work. Have already recommended to others.

Joey and the team at K.H. Roofing did a full reroof for us, arranging the skip, scaffolders, materials, and everything else - we barely had to lift a finger. Their communication was clear and friendly, the work was done quickly, and our questions and concerns were addressed happily. Prices were explained up front, and were better than other quotes we got in the area. I highly recommend them for any roofing issues, including a complete overhaul. Our family home has a stone roof, an appointment was arranged with the office and Stewart arrived promptly and was impeccably polite and professional. Within a short time he returned an acceptable quote back to myself, The team led by John were affable and hard working, ensuring all aspects were carefully prepared and the outcome was achieved. Even when an unforeseen problem occurred, some replacement stone slabs were sourced, this was fixed without any problems as Lovatts had a supply in stock. Would I recommend this family run company? Yes without question, their attention to detail and their genuine care to do a great job was always evident.

Trustworthy, honest and fast. 3 words to describe. Lucy quickly responded to a quote for some potential damage and arranged an appointment for a few days time. A day earlier, Shaun rang and came early (fantastic), he then listened, inspected thoroughly and while the resulting issue required not further remedy, he was extremely kind and supportive. If I ever need anymore work, I'd easily contact them again.

Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Shaun and we will call on Lovatts again for any roofing jobs that need doing.

Lovatts did and amazing job replacing our old roof and installing the new solar system can't fault them from start to finish Craig and Ryan were a pleasure to have working on the house on a daily basis clean tidy and polite workers Lovatts kept us informed and in the loop all the way the way through the instal would thoroughly recomend we had brandstone conservation flags fitted and they look great

Couldn't recommend Michael enough! Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

Professional, Friendly and Fast. Had some damage in storm Eowyn that made my roof unsafe. BRR turned up within 15 minutes and made it safe. Really good service from the moment I met James to get the initial quote to completion. (Roof ridge tile repointing work). I had been recommended to try this company for replacing gutters, soffets and facias. James visited my property to assess the work involved, quoted the price which was followed up by a written quote explaining all the work involved. Once I had decided to go ahead with them they were efficient in getting scaffolding up and the following day work began. The team of guys worked hard through the day and completed almost the whole job, they returned the following morning to finish off and complete the job to my satisfaction. It was also inspected by the team with me to ensure standards had been achieved. I am happy to recommend this company, and I'll have them back on a later date for some other jobs I want done

I needed to have the chimney stack taken down as it was causing internal rainwater staining for both me and my neighbour.
