Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Couldn't recommend Michael enough! Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Even gave me a free survey /quote which I found most other local roofers wouldn't do - I appreciated all his help and will definitely use him again in the future - thanks Michael!

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Jack and his team carried out an excellent job on a kitchen slate roof replacement, four new Velux windows installation and neat leadwork. Always on time and his team ensured all waste material was taken away leaving site clean and tidy. Despite the poor weather conditions during the work (strong winds, persistent rain) they carried on regardless, ensuring the kitchen remained watertight. Highly recommended and reliable!

We would like to thank Jimmy, Zac and Reece for their hard work over the weekend. We had major issues with our stone gutters causing awful damp issues in our bedroom and kitchen. They have completely re-lead lined the whole area front and side and the chimney taking the lead under two/three roof tiles. They also re-pointed the ridge tiles. They kindly took photos and videos of the work they had done. We are delighted with it and hope to have a damp free winter. We highly recommend Kenyon Roofing Ltd. Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

'Renown Roofing' recently replaced one of the valleys on my roof as well as attending to some other minor repairs. Their service was absolutely superb and I cannot fault them in any way. The work was undertaken with the minimum of fuss or mess and was completed to the highest standard. A few days before, Steve provided me with photographic evidence of the problem and gave a very fair price for the repair. The team were very friendly and Steve especially was most helpful, polite and eager to please. He is clearly a skilled craftsman and his customer relations are second to non. Since the repair we have had several storms and our new valley is doing its job splendidly! I will certainly be using them again should the need arise. Darren and his team came out and helped us on an emergency call at the crack of dawn and were with us within the hour when we really needed the help. They got on to our roof despite the heavy rain and fixed the issue without any hesitation and at a very reasonable price.
