My roof was damaged in the recent storms. Bamford Roofing came out promptly to assess the damage and give me a quote. The communication was brilliant when arranging a date for the work to be carried out. The work itself looks fantastic. I can not praise Bamford Roofing enough.

We can’t recommend Bamford Roofing highly enough, from requesting an estimate to job completion. Patrick listened to our problems, inspected roof taking photos, price given by close of business following day, all done very professionally and friendly. Joanne in office extremely helpful throughout, convenient date arranged and stuck to. Patrick’s team extremely helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble. Job completed very quickly and efficiently, roof cleaned down following completion, site left spotless which lads asked me to inspect before leaving. I can’t praise them all enough from start to finish and would certainly use again and highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone else requiring roofing problems sorting out.

After water damaged caused to my flat, by the flat directly above me. The textured coating from my celling was damaged and the celling had started to drop. I was unaware the textured coating had asbestos mixed into the artex. The gentlemen that came around to my flat resolved all the issues with regards the damage to my celling. They had the artex removed following the correct asbestos procedures and guidelines and I had my celling repaired to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend 'Concept Building Solutions' to anyone who has an issues with there home.

I would like to say how impressed I am with the way Concept Building Solutions managed my home insurance claim. I had a burst pipe which caused damage to multiple rooms in the house. They couldn't do enough to help, from coming out to survey the damage, dealing with the insurer, right through to carrying out the repairs. We had a problem with bad water ingress and property services came to us the day after I rang to survey the roof and gutter. They prioritised the job and got started. I was impressed how polite and professional they were, cleaning up after the remedial work inside the house. It’s hard these days to find a trustworthy company. I used this service when my chimney wall was damp, they came out and were really lovely and honest. I was super pleased with the work to cap and re point my chimney and noticed a reduction of damp patches on my living room chimney wall. Would use again and recommend. It was a bonus that they were the cheapest of three quotes.

Excellent service from William and his team. Phoned for a quote on Monday and job completed on Wednesday. Most impressed with the fact that having said they would be able to do the job on the Wednesday they still arrived even though it was towards the end of the day. William and the team were polite and efficient. Price was competitive. Hopefully won’t need them again but if I do they’ll be first people I contact.

I had tried to contact a few roofers by word of mouth and most didn’t turn up. I knew it would be an expensive job and it’s daunting spending that kind of money so you want someone you can trust. I put the add on checkatrade and I saw PW Contractors had good reviews and pictures on their page. Pat was one of the first to contact me to arrange to come and take a look at the roof. He turned up when he said he would do and knew exactly what he was talking about. No hard sell on anything, I told him what I wanted and he explained what they could do in detail. Decided to hire PW Contractors for the job. Pat gave me a lead time and it was pretty much bang on the date when they turned up to install the scaffold. They arranged the lot including skip hire and clean up and didn’t need anyone in to crack on with the work. Weather knocked them back by a day but the next day to make up for it the lads arrived at 8 and grafted till 6. They turned up in sign written vehicles and clothes with the company details. Landline telephone number and company address there for all to see. Pat took pictures of the job as they went along so I could see what they had done. These lads aren’t cowboys and they have nothing to hide. Didn’t ask for any money until the job was complete and the price they quoted was the price I paid, no added extra. Full quotation supplied by email or letter and invoice and 10 year guarantee provided on final settlement of work done. I had the full roof off, membrane and new treated batons installed, chimney repointed and new flashing installed. New dry ride system, facias, soffits and gutters. The old slate was relaid and any damaged or fragile slates replaced entirely. PW Contractors did all this in just under 4 days. Decided to have the house and garage roof replaced. PW Contractors recommended by neighbour Pat contacted to do survey and provide quote. He arrived at the agreed time and provided a concise clear description of the work required. This was followed 48 hours later with a very detailed comprehensive written quote. The knowledge and expertise demonstrated by Pat at the first meeting gave me confidence that I had the right man to carry out the work Quote was agreed and approximate dates for the work identified. This was finalised 2 weeks prior to start including when scaffolding would be erected. Pat and his team arrived on the agreed date and time to start the work. As it progressed, I was impressed by their hard work, attention to detail and their professionalism. I was also impressed with how clean and tidy they left everything when they finished each day. My confidence from the first meeting was not misplaced. The quality of the work now completed is excellent. This is an outstanding company. Installed insulated tiled roof to glass roofed conservatory . Started work on agreed date, workforce very professional and polite. At the end of each day we were given a summary of works completed and resume of next days work. Price paid was the price agreed, no hidden costs.
