I had my roof fully replaced and new guttering etc. Garry and the team were very professional. Kept me updated and I didn't need to worry. Work was completed quickly, efficiently and they were very punctual. Left everything nice and tidy. I'm glad I chose Alco roofing and price was reasonable. Definitely would recommend. Thanks.

Had our roof completely redone by Garry and his team. Including Tiles, Facias, Soffits and underfelt. They did an absolutely fantastic job for a great price. What a competitor quoted as a 2 week job took Alco less than 4 days and for 4k cheaper. I would not go to anyone else as Garry and his team provide the best service around. Could not recommend more highly.

Garry and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had an aging roof (80 years old!) and we needed it replacing. Garry quoted up to replace the roof and porch and the cost came in about the same as a few other places i looked at. Garry was professional and even though we had a few scheduling conflicts at first we managed to get the date sorted and in the space of a couple of days we had a shiny new roof. Not only would i recommend Garry for his workmanship but he also passed the neighbour test as he was able to match the tiles and make the roof look seemless. Its a shame we wont be using Garry again but if any of you out there are reading this give Garry a call and tell him I sent you :)

We were absolutely delighted with the job Garry and Wayne and the team did on our roof, which was 100 years old and in need of a refit. They advised from the beginning, gave us confidence in the process and carried out all aspects with minimal fuss or faff. Other quotes were significant higher and suggested they'd take much longer - beware of inflated quotes from other contractors. Alco did a superb job and showed what's possible with a committed and hardworking team - the whole roof, including removal and reinstallation of solar panels, took just 2.5 days. Garry showed me pictures of various aspects they had rectified from the original roof fitting in the 1920s and explained how their work would benefit us, which was really appreciated. The team arrived punctually early every day and were courteous throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this excellent local business for any and all roofing needs.

Just had our conservatory roof removed and replaced with a flat roof by Adam and Chris. We're very happy with their service and end result. Our conservatory now has a new lease of life and looks more like an extension which can be used all year round. The price was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Used then to replace old conservatory roof to an insulated tiled effect roof, also plaster over glazed window and replace all window bottoms. Good price and decent work in efficient timing. Had a few niggles after completion, took them a week to return to resolve to a satisfactory condition. They didn't tidy up after themselves but this is a minor issue. Would highly recommend all persons polite and helpful.

Well what can I say. A friend of my husband recommended this company and boy am I glad they did. We moved into our property just over 4 weeks ago and today we now have the new conservatory roof. Derek came to discuss our needs. There was no hard sell, just honesty. Callus, George and the Electrician were professional, friendly, courteous. I cannot put into words how happy we are from start to finish. No deposits needed, payment once the job has been completed. This is a family run business and I can fully recommend them.

If I could give Lovell and his team 10 stars, then I would. He responded to my urgent call within a few minutes and came around to assess and carry out a temporary repair the same day. We decided to have a full roof refit which was arranged for the end of January 2020 because Lovell was very busy. He kept us informed as to scaffolders, skips and material deliveries and then his team arrived. Lovell, Michael, Jimmy and Chris are the hardest working team that I have ever come across. We were lucky with the weather and the whole job was completed in a week. They tidied up as they went along and nothing was too much trouble, and the end result is a fantastic job. We can only reiterate the positive reviews that Lovell and his team have received here. We had our FULL roof replaced this summer including soffits, facias, guttering and downpipes. Based on the work carried out I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting any roofing work done on their home. We have had Lovell over to fully replace an old roof on our house, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! We have been kept fully up to date from initial quote (extremely competitive) right through to completion of work. In the past, we've had issues with finding good roofers in the Bolton area but that's no longer a problem. LBL were brilliant all round. We needed a roof repair and new guttering but the tiles we needed are no longer manufactured. They did everything they could to find the tiles for us but when that wasn't possible, they came back and installed the guttering. The lads did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Communications with the company was easy, efficient and would highly recommend.

Did a job on my Grade 2 Georgian roof. Roof off, membrane on, replaced some ribs, new batons, relaid original tiles and replaced broken tiles with matching reclaimed. Repointed the chimneys, re capped and did all the lead around the chimneys. Fitted two velum to the back (non listed area). Guttering all done. It looks as it should BUT it is totally weatherproof. Luke and the team were brilliant. Kept on at the job to get it complete. Very nice group of roofers. Cleaned up well each day. Invoicing and Payment was easy at end job. Did everything quoted for at the start of the job. No quibbles. So pleased I selected Luke and team from the 5 quotes I got. It was obvious when I met them that they knew their job. Wouldn't use anybody else. I am not from this Area but am a tradesperson who needed some roofing services in this area and i tried to get in touch with multiple of the other high rated companies but had issue after issue. The other companies would either not turn up when they said they would and just no show or they turned up but didn't actually look at the problem. LBL Roofing actually got on the roof to check the issue and had a thorough look and sent a quote on time, turned up on time. The work was also high quality. Genuinely wouldn't use anybody else in this area now.

Had issues with the roof leaking not long after moving in (sods law!). Luke came out in no time, shot up on the roof and took pictures of everything required. Recommended a dry ridge and verge to ensure things lasted. The lads that came turned up half an hour earlier than the time given and everything was done by 4.30pm with pictures to show the before, during and after. My path was probably cleaner than when they turned up! Felt reassured throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Our family home has a stone roof, an appointment was arranged with the office and Stewart arrived promptly and was impeccably polite and professional. Within a short time he returned an acceptable quote back to myself, The team led by John were affable and hard working, ensuring all aspects were carefully prepared and the outcome was achieved. Even when an unforeseen problem occurred, some replacement stone slabs were sourced, this was fixed without any problems as Lovatts had a supply in stock. Would I recommend this family run company? Yes without question, their attention to detail and their genuine care to do a great job was always evident.

1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Today Team F, Carl&Dave arrived to complete the project of replacing my leaking garage roof. The lads explained what work would be carried out and completed all aspects in full to a really high standard. The rain was coming in but the lads cracked on and we're very respectful of our property which goes a long way. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was completed in a few hours. Firstly Danmarque sent out someone to survey our garage. He priced up everything and told us exactly what they would do. Plus we were told a date for the job. We'd asked for an asbestos roof to be removed. Carl & Max (Team F) came today at 8am. They stripped the roof off in no time. Put new joists across, galvanised steel roof, new fascia boards, guttering, sealed it, lined with condensation felt membrane. Took about 3 and half hrs. Cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish. Lovely job. Well pleased.

Carl and Max, team F, attended today (5.11.24) to carry out an upgrade to my garage. They replaced the asbestos roof, old up and over door and side access door along with the guttering. They arrived on time (despite the M25)! They were very clear in describing what they were going to do and kept me updated throughout the job. They were polite and friendly in their manner and worked diligently to a swift, tidy completion. I was very impressed with the whole experience which is not the usual case nowadays sadly. Hardworking, competent group of workers led by the inimitable Rob the Roofer. They struggled through the vagaries of the Summer weather (showers, squalls, bright sun and heavy downpours) to do a supremely professional job of replacing our 64 year old roof asking only for cups of coffee (two with two sugars and one with 3) and a cup of tea strong enough to point your chimney with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Have used Bury Roofing a few times over the years and they never fail to deliver and I would happily recommend to anyone who needs any kind of roofing work completing. This time it was a bay refresh (vertical tiles). The area needed stripping back, removal of whatever non existent insulation was in there (along with an old abandoned wasp nest), new Kingspan insulation, new felt, batons and new tiles. The two two guys on our bay job this week were very impressive, their attention to detail and precision is astonishing and you can clearly see in the final result. Both friendly and polite yet professional and kept the area tidy throughout. They explained clearly when I asked questions and left the finished job looking spot on. Couldn’t change the lead work at the top due to it being underneath a new window we had put in recently (my choice, I asked them not to involve the window) but it was explained and they advised what they would do as an alternative solution to ensure it was sealed. Would happily recommend them again. 5 stars, 10 out of 10.
