We had a full reroof approx 9 years ago by Shaun and his team, work was completed quickly and to a high standard. A tile came loose after recent storm, Shaun refitted tile under warranty. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Shaun, after my insurers roofer took 5 months to complete repairs after the tornado. He did a very poor job that required all of his shoddy work replacing. My neighbour recommended Shaun and he's on the Trading standards approved Trusted Trader website. He came out gave a quote including the scaffolding and skip hire. My insurers agreed to pay for the roof to be redone. The elapsed time to complete the work was just under 2 weeks that included errecting and dismantling scaffolding. The roof repair only took 4 days. I even caught him on CCTV walking round the garden picking up every last bit debris after the scaffolding had been removed. Excellent job. I hope I never have to have the roof repaired again, but if I do Shaun will be the first person I call.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Boden Property Maintenance came out to sort out the chimney after birds got in, and fixed some broken slates and repointed too. They were superb - no fuss, just a fantastic job at a reasonable cost. I would 100% recommend using them.

After reaching out to many roofers, I contacted Matt & Phil. At the time they were booked up and I can see why as their standards are extremely high so they are clearly in demand. Phil and Matt came this week to sort out our gutters. The ends were dripping and there was a leak that meant with the heavy rain water was gushing down the wall. . They sealed the ends, repaired cracks and thoroughly cleaned them. They are professional, polite and 2 really nice blokes that know their stuff. Ashton Roofing resurfaced two roofs for us. One a bay window roof might have been regarded as more conventional but they still did an excellent job with plenty of insulation and efficient drainage. The other roof was a perished leaking concrete roof with worn and leaking roofing felt. Dealing with this roof defeated other companies but Ashton Roofing came up with an innovative and elegant solution which has completely transformed the roof. It’s simply superb. Got half a dozen reclaimed roof slates, (£1.79 each, price list inside on reception wall) on a rainy Saturday morning before 12 am.

If you ever need a roofer then Paul at the roofing firm is your man. came when he said he would, his pricing is excellent. Once you see the detail and pride he takes when doing a roof whether it be a simple re roof or a full re roof like ours with that dreaded foam it's not hard to see why I'm leaving a 5 star review. if ever I need a roofer in the future then I will be giving Paul a ring.
