We would like to thank Jimmy, Zac and Reece for their hard work over the weekend. We had major issues with our stone gutters causing awful damp issues in our bedroom and kitchen. They have completely re-lead lined the whole area front and side and the chimney taking the lead under two/three roof tiles. They also re-pointed the ridge tiles. They kindly took photos and videos of the work they had done. We are delighted with it and hope to have a damp free winter. We highly recommend Kenyon Roofing Ltd. Boden's replaced my gutters and completed some minor repairs. Friendly service and a good job done at a good price. They even removed an old Satalite dish at no extra cost.

Boden Property Maintenance came out to sort out the chimney after birds got in, and fixed some broken slates and repointed too. They were superb - no fuss, just a fantastic job at a reasonable cost. I would 100% recommend using them.

I contacted Shaun, after my insurers roofer took 5 months to complete repairs after the tornado. He did a very poor job that required all of his shoddy work replacing. My neighbour recommended Shaun and he's on the Trading standards approved Trusted Trader website. He came out gave a quote including the scaffolding and skip hire. My insurers agreed to pay for the roof to be redone. The elapsed time to complete the work was just under 2 weeks that included errecting and dismantling scaffolding. The roof repair only took 4 days. I even caught him on CCTV walking round the garden picking up every last bit debris after the scaffolding had been removed. Excellent job. I hope I never have to have the roof repaired again, but if I do Shaun will be the first person I call.

Recommended roofer. I called Shaun after I noticed my roof was leaking and that I needed a few slates replacing. Shaun asked for some photos and was able to use them to put a quote together within the hour. He also agreed to get out to us in the following week. Although it snowed on and off for the next three days two of Shaun’s team arrived early in the morning to fix my roof. The lads were keen, professional and quick to do the work all for a very reasonable price. Finding good people is not always easy so I’ll definitely be calling Shaun first for any future roof work.

Ashton Roofing resurfaced two roofs for us. One a bay window roof might have been regarded as more conventional but they still did an excellent job with plenty of insulation and efficient drainage. The other roof was a perished leaking concrete roof with worn and leaking roofing felt. Dealing with this roof defeated other companies but Ashton Roofing came up with an innovative and elegant solution which has completely transformed the roof. It’s simply superb. It was also at a very competitive price. I cannot recommend enough.

After several bad builders over the years it was refreshing to have a professional and quality service from start to finish during a recent roof replacement. Communication was excellent, with the team both on- and off-site keeping us up to date with all works. The schedule given was adhered to, despite difficult and challenging weather. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Got half a dozen reclaimed roof slates, (£1.79 each, price list inside on reception wall) on a rainy Saturday morning before 12 am.

Had a couple of extensions that needed some matching slate first class service and good price. Reclaimed slates can always be a bit hit and miss but the ones we have had from Roof Slates have been really good. the guys in the yard are alweays helpful as well, could be because they are the owners I think.

Needed my leaking roof fixing. The problem was identified straight away by Paul and quickly booked in and fixed by Aaron for a reasonable price. Quality workmanship and very well communicated.
