Our family home has a stone roof, an appointment was arranged with the office and Stewart arrived promptly and was impeccably polite and professional. Within a short time he returned an acceptable quote back to myself, The team led by John were affable and hard working, ensuring all aspects were carefully prepared and the outcome was achieved. Even when an unforeseen problem occurred, some replacement stone slabs were sourced, this was fixed without any problems as Lovatts had a supply in stock. Would I recommend this family run company? Yes without question, their attention to detail and their genuine care to do a great job was always evident.

Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Shaun and we will call on Lovatts again for any roofing jobs that need doing.

Trustworthy, honest and fast. 3 words to describe. Lucy quickly responded to a quote for some potential damage and arranged an appointment for a few days time. A day earlier, Shaun rang and came early (fantastic), he then listened, inspected thoroughly and while the resulting issue required not further remedy, he was extremely kind and supportive. If I ever need anymore work, I'd easily contact them again.

1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. I genuinely cannot thank or recommend everyone who was part of our job from Lovatts enough. Absolutely perfect and our bungalow is shining with its new hat. Thanks

Contacted late morning on Friday as id been let down by another company. Came out no issues job was expertly completed and would highly recommend.

Deever and Dan were a pleasure to deal with. Great levels of communication during some dreadful weather for them. We had snow all over the scaffolding for a few days making it impossible for them to work. We had new ridge tiles, chimneys repointed, gutters cleaned and a new cover on our kitchen roof. Excellent work throughout. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The team did such a great job with my roof. They were very professional and exceeded my expectations. From start to finish they let me know what was going on with everything clearly explained and no unnecessary jargon. Prices were very reasonable. Where can we start? The team from Roofcraft have recently completed an entire replacement flat roof for my Dad's very badly damaged, and worn garage. Chris and the team were really easy to communicate with, on time and efficient. Really well priced and clear with invoices and quotes. Chris shared pics and explained some repairs that also needed doing, explaining costs etc. We've had a few jobs done by them now and cannot recommend enough!

Lee came quickly to inspect the problem with my roof. He used a drone so I didn't need to be in for him to diagnose. Sorted scaffolders and did the work quickly with his two sons. Reasonably priced and clear photos/videos of the work he completed. Happy with his work :)

His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

After contacting Manchester & Ashton Roofing to quote for a repair at the rear of my house they responded very quickly, also providing photos of the damage. As the quote was a reasonable one I gave them the go-ahead for the repair. This was done within a couple of working days, and the back garden/yard was left so clean and tidy I wasn't even aware that they had been. An invoice followed by email, again with photos so that I could see for myself that all work quoted for had been carried out to my satisfaction. Call this company first if roof work needs to be done, you won't be disappointed, they are quick and efficient, clean courteous and tidy, and charge a reasonable rate for a job well done. I am a very happy customer.

had some work done at the beginning of the year for a leaking chimney, was capped and pointed to great standard with pictures at the start and the end. had a issue later with the chimney that they came out very quick and advised that everything was fine and it just needs a vent on the inside. top professional would fully recommend.
