Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. Ryno locksmiths fitted a new alarm in our house . They were very professional and friendly. They removed some of the old system very neatly. They also replaced a damage cable with a new one to the telephone box , improving our internet coverage. They were both very knowledgeable and ensured the alarm system covered all key areas. They fully explain how to use the system and walked us through the system and use of the app and the key fob . They gave us a call the next day to check we were ok with the system and had no problems. We would definitely recommend them to others

I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Damon was amazing. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would definitely recommend!

I have been very happy with the service provided, I brought in a zip on a boot to be repaired I was very pleased with the price quoted, as it was very reasonable. The service was very quick less than a week and the communication was excellent. The finished repair is very good. I will certainly be returning.

Went there with one of my wife's leather bags that had a seem come undone, just because I read on Google Maps that another person with an issue with a bag was helped. It was at a very small charge, and only took a day to fix. The guy was super friendly, and even suggested where I could find cleaning products for said bag. Definitely recommend!
