Damon was amazing. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door. I now have a fully functioning door again. Thank you Damon, I’ll definitely recommend you and use your services again.

I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Damon and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I locked myself out of the car, luckily on my driveway. Their technician was organised and at my door within an hour. The technician Chris was delightful, extremely polite, and a pleasure to meet. He opened my door with ease while giving me good information about the security of my cars locking system. After such a great service, I would never go anywhere else.

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! I needed more keys to be cut which they said they could do for me and they would drop them back off later in the day !!! Great services… highly recommend

Went to keyfax after our old front door lock jammed. Was a Saturday morning and we were anxious to sort the door asap.
