After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

I text James in the morning and he confirmed he could get to me by noon that day which he did promptly. Pretty quickly sized up the issue i had, then went on to examine the rest of the patio doors and made some further adjustments - now the door operates much better than before. He also offered to check out the front door, which required just a just a bit of lube, but i liked he showed some initiative and looked for other issues to fix whilst he was here. Very polite and friendly, well worth the money.

James comes highly recommended. Great service: he repaired an existing lock rather than simply (and more expensively) replacing it, and also explained exactly what he had done in fitting a new lock so I could be confident with talking to the insurance company. Good communications, reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

Excellent professional service. Door was jammed as multi-point door lock had failed so door could not be opened from inside or outside. Mark managed to get the door open. Required new multi point locking strip which had failed. Mark managed to source replacement locking mechanism as part not easy to locate. Callout was quick and fitting timely - Thanks. Broken car key with remote switch, panic! A quick phone call to see if they could do it, 'no problem' he said. I went in and it was replaced in about 10 minutes, panic over. Excellent service and not too expensive. Highly recommended 👍

Mike kennyan came out in good time, got a replacement for a broken gearbox and came straight back and sorted it all out that morning.

Called for a locksmith, phone was answered straight away. Took less than 5 minutes to share details. 20 minutes later the locksmith arrived. He was friendly, fast and helpful! Took some time to reassure me that all was working again, handed me my broken key and a replacement key and charged me less than I was quoted by phone. Happy to recommend excellent service.

Cannot fault this service, called at 9am and they arrived same day @ 11.30am. Both front and back door locks changed, locksmith was very polite and friendly and did a great job! Would highly recommend.
