Andrew came within the expected time and he went above and beyond in repairing the job. I was really impressed with the service and their honesty, I had attempted to fix the problem myself before contacting them. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.
