We called Mr Dad's to fix lots of outdoor lighting, including replacing broken garden lamps and sunken uplifting. They were very friendly and did a great job at a good price. Would definitely use their services again and would recommend.

Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. If you want a job doing properly, we would highly recommend Mr Dad’s Property Maintenance. Aadam goes above and beyond and we are very grateful that we found him.

Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Not only did I find them to be very professional, clean and tidy in their work I also found them to be very helpful in guiding me to what would work best for me. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Such a fantastic plumber, Allan visited my home in the morning to do a few jobs for me. He fitted a new tap in my bathroom, replaced an electric shower, changed a part in my toilet and fixed a small leak on some pipe work. Excellent finish and all done with a smile on his face.

Very impressed by the fast and efficient service from the CML team. Communication throughout the job from Nicola in the central team was clear throughout in terms of when engineers were visiting and certificates and invoices were provided promptly with easy payment mechanisms. Two engineers worked on our job across different days and both Saul and Chad provided a quick and efficient service. Would highly recommend CML again for future work.

Recommended by a friend for boiler and radiators annual service, which they did very efficiently. Then also had staff qualified to service our invented hot water cylinder and expansion tank. Again , came at time arranged and replaced nonfunctioning expansion tank. Their office communications are very prompt and polite. Altogether I highly recommend.

Andy has been today to fit a new stop tap and relocate it because the very old one was in an awkward place and had siezed. He had to pull the carpet back so he could reach under the floorboards. Andy is reliable, friendly, trustworthy & a very good plumber. He left my room as though he hadn't been there, he put the carpet back and the furniture and even plastered up the hole around the old tap. He always arrives when he says he will and he doesn't rip you off. I'd recommend him to everyone.

We needed some new radiators fitted, with some corrective pipework on a challenging system. Andy undertook the work and identified a new problem with a feeder tank which involved some additional work. Very pleased with the work carried out at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.
