R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and rating him the full 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement part in stock and had my boiler up and running again in 15 minutes (the issue was blown fuse board), I was very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending him, well deserved 5 stars, thank you again.

A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Brilliant service from a wonderful team of people. Can't thank and praise them enough.

We’ve just had our annual service from Martindales. The engineer arrived when they said he would. He put on over shoes to enter our home, he was very polite and worked professionally and tidily. After he had finished there was no mess and thankfully no issues!

From moving water stop tap, installing the new boiler, radiators and installing toilet system. On hand every step of the way providing his assistance and knowledge whenever we needed. Absolutely top notch service. There was a blockage in my plumbing, affecting water flow through the hot tap. The team carried out a methodical process of elimination and resolved the issue. Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Did both my houses to a high standard finish, both the bathrooms and boilers, The boilers came with a unbelievable warranty!! The prices were very reasonable and both houses were always left clean Jonathon was always on the end of the phone when i needed advice or help with anything even after the job was done.. brilliant all round service and the lads were great to chat to, I will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone i know who needs a decent reliable plumber 10/10

Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time.
